Stay away from this place. Dr. ******* is kind and the nursing staff is too. However, they didnt really listen to my concerns about a few things. I had a successful transfer at a different clinic and I believe it was partly because of a certain procedure they did. I told the staff this multiple times but they brushed it under the rug. *** had three failed transfers with them now and have paid over $20k out of pocket. One of my transfers would have likely been covered by my insurance however, the financial team is a horrible. The head of financial, ***** is rude and you can tell she doesnt care about the patients. Every response you get from her is short and makes it sound like shes annoyed by you for asking her to do her job. She claimed she filed an appeal when my pre-auth got declined yet my insurance said no such appeal was ever sent. I spoke to my insurance about why the claim got declined and they said it is an easy fix if the clinic would correct it, Id get approved. Once I told ***** this information, she claimed she cannot correct it as it is already documented but sent it in the original note. Again, my insurance said that was not the case. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and heartbreak. Their financial team is seriously a joke and made an already stressful situation 10x worse. Ive been in contact with a different fertility clinic and their financial team has been more than helpful, kind, and have already made moves to contact my insurance with the correct information. Something *** would absolutely not have done.

Dear BBB,We are writing in response to a recent review submitted regarding our clinic. We take all feedback seriously and work diligently to address any concerns our patients may have. However, we would like to respectfully request that this particular review not be posted publicly for the following reasons:1.Ongoing Resolution: The patient in question has been in direct communication with our team. We have thoroughly worked to address and resolve the concerns mentioned in the review. Posting the review prematurely could misrepresent the current status of the situation, potentially influencing others without providing the full context of our efforts to resolve the matter.2.Inaccurate ******************************* Appeals: The review contains specific claims about the denial of insurance pre-authorization and our handling of the appeal process. We take these matters seriously and have thorough documentation showing that we followed proper procedures, including providing the patient information on how they can file claims themselves.3.Privacy Considerations: While we understand that patients may feel compelled to share their experiences, the review contains certain details regarding patient interactions, financial matters, and insurance communications that we believe should remain private until fully resolved. Publicly posting this review may compromise the patients privacy and could be viewed as an incomplete representation of the situation. We kindly ask that the BBB refrain from posting this review. Our priority is to ensure all of our patients receive the best possible care, both medically and financially, and we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly.Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a fair and transparent process.

My husband and I regret going to Indiana for our fertility services. Not only were we unsuccessful, but the experience was one we would hope no one else would have to face. The Dr. was rude, not only to my husband and I, but to his staff. We heard them complaining about how poorly the office was run. The billing side is a nightmare they ended up using outside billing now, but the person still in working in their office does not return emails, and never explains any of the estimated costs or gives you any breakdowns of what you are paying for. We left our second and last trial thinking our $8,000 self pay rate covered specific parts of the trial, only to get billed thousands later. It was very disorganized. We paid with a check for one payment and the payment never went through. When we called about it, it seems they had lost it or claim they never received it. There was only a few people who we felt were kind, and compassionate towards our sensitive situation. Getting a hold of their office can be extremely stressful. At one point we had three different people from our family trying to call to set up appointments. We ended up calling *******, ******** fertility and somehow they finally got us in contact with Indiana. Working with them was stressful and overwhelming. We feel we lost a big chunk of time and money. Make sure if you do decide to use this facility you know exactly how this process is supposed to go, because they did not keep us with anything for us, including when to get medications and testing done. When we went to our regular Dr. for our second appt they were shocked that the Dr. had not recorded the heartbeat or weight so they had nothing to go off of when they were trying to determine if our baby was going to make it.
