1 starThe employee/OWNER does not know how to read. They were sent a word document with what I was need. The sash Guy, Sales Guy, Owner Guy, Production Guy, Accounting Guy has problems reading black and white and aren't willing to work with the customer when they were part at fault. Just know if you use them there is a good chance they can't read and you'll have to check your order multiple times to make sure. Even if you already had it wrote out for themReview fromMatthew M

So to reply to there comment I'd like for further customers to now that there employees like their sash Guy,Sales Guy, Owner Guy, Production Guy, Accounting *** is/are incapable of reading a word document of exactly what is needed. Even thought it was written in black and white and sent to them. So if you do get a quote from them please make sure it is not from the OWENER guy. Is reading skills aren't quite where they should be for an owner. Thank you and may you find a company that will actually give you a good product.Review frommatthew M

I bought from this company 1 time and they were good. I asked if I could email a second order and was told I could no problem. I emailed a word doc with what I needed and was quoted the wrong items what there plainly listed. I asked for help as I obviously got the wrong items. I was told no. He could put me another order in and that was all. Would 100% not recommend to anyone for terrible communication and terrible customer service.

Contrary to what EVERY other customer experiences, this is obviously an isolated case. This customer was provided a written quote (which he approved) and was also provided a written and detailed invoice, which he also approved by paying in full. Additionally, this customer received the order in full as specified without issue or complaint at the time of delivery. This order was fulfilled and delivered as he approved. This customer had multiple opportunities to correct or change the specifications of the order, which he did not. We have to operate on the assumption that the customer has reviewed their order upon their approval. We regret that any customer has an issue with their order, but when customers approve their orders in writing, I find it difficult to accept that we are still held responsible for their changes after the transaction is complete. We offered to process a subsequent order to fulfill their needs, but regrettably their demeanor had soured at that point.
