    My mother hired hired ****** tree LLC to remove a tree and trim a tree and get rid of all the debris. She was quoted $5000 for the job. They asked for half the money upfront which was $2500 which he was supposed to rent a boom lift with that money and get a climber to do the job after several days of making excuses of not being able to get the boom lift. So then he did an unannounced visit at 9 PM at night. He showed up with his kids and a ladder trying to trim branches because he could not hire the climber anymore or get the boom lift because he had no more funds available, which he try to ask my mother for more money to do the job. Which she refused to do. He trimmed partial of the tree that was supposed to be cut down completely, and trimmed a few branches on the other tree not what he was supposed to not even close. Then showed up unannounced at night time again, gathering his trailer and his ladder , thinking nobody would be there to see him. If I could leave zero stars, thats what I would doI would not recommend them to anyone nor would I ever think about using them again. Their business ethic is horrible and they ripped my mother off of $2500. And the other crappy part is his wife is a childhood friend, so I really didnt think they would do my mother like that. So, if anyone out there was thinking of using them, please read my review and believe what I am telling you he will take your money and leave.
