Certified mental performance coach working with high school and college sports teams, athletes, and their coaches to identify and overcome mental roadblocks so they can reach their potential and perform at their best. Programs are tailored to each athlete, coach, and team. They are designed to help athletes identify and overcome what is holding them back, to better control emotions, feel more confident, be more consistent, and perform well under pressure. Athletes are given the tools and skills on how to be mentally focused and prepared to reset and rebound from mistakes to a positive mindset quickly and in real time. Teams are given resources to improve overall team dynamics and build unity through the program, including team building activities. Coaches learn to identify athlete leadership potential and provide the mental edge the teams need to compete at their top level. In person and virtual services throughout the US.
