      I purchasd a Riccar sweeper on Dec. 23, 2023 from ***** Sweeper in ******. In Jan. disovered the cleaning brush was not turning, called and told the store they said to return and they would look at it. At the time we were having bad weather they said to return at my convience.... since there was no hurry l waited until l had a dentist appt. to return which was Feb. 19 th. They called and said it was fixed so picked up on the 21st.... brush still was not turning so took back again.... they said they were having alot of problems with that sweeper so would order me the sweeper that was replacing this one and it would be at the store in a week... the sweeper did not arrive now the delivery date was the week of April 15th. no phone call from them so drove in on April 23rd. sweeper still not in so asked for a refund was told they could not write check until owner returned before l left store they said l would have to talk to owner of business, who is on vacation til April 28th. I hope to get this resolved Monday, but not happy with their ethics and the run around...l think l have been more than fair... thank you..
