We had extensive plumbing problems. Although it was expensive (include outside digging), they gave a clear estimate and the work was completed.

We had Mr. ********************** come today to install a new water heater and had a great experience. They communicated well, showed up on time, took care of a complicated removal/installation very efficiently. ******* was the service technician and he worked super hard, made sure we were satisfied, and was very careful in his work - he was highly skilled.Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Muncie

1 starThis company contracts with AWHR to repair/replace water heaters.When needing repair, the wait was way too long. However, the scary issue is that exactly 3 weeks later, that "repaired" water heater caught on fire and nearly caused me to lose my home.Coincidence? I have a hard time believing that since I was told "all the electricals were replaced" and a loose wire was the cause of the fire.Take heed...when calling this place, buyer BEWARE!
