    On December 14th, 2024 i made a purchase from Logitech website. I bought the G923 gaming steering wheel and a shifter to go with the steering wheel. The G923 wheel before taxes was on sale for $223.99. The shifter on sale for $39.99 before taxes. After taxes I spent $280.48 on both items. I received the shifter but the G923 steering wheel set never shipped. When I type in the tracking number, it says a label was made but it was never picked up. The G923 is still at their warehouse. I sent back the shifter since I never received the wheel. They refuse to give me my money back. I have called and messaged them several times. I have requested to talk to a supervisor and they refuse to let me. I keep getting told they have to investigate it but nothing is getting done. It's now December 27th, ************************************* money back. I have a ticket #********. I also had another ticket #********. My order # is *************. Tracking number is ************. I sent back the shifter which I have a tracking number of ************. All I want is my money back for the G923 I never received and paid for on December 14th, 2024 and for the shifter I returned on December 23rd, 2024.
