    I was driving through an area of service for Best Way Disposal east of ***************, IN on Route 36. I followed one of their semi transfer trucks for miles and miles and was aghast at what I was watching. He didn't tarp his trailer and there were huge sheets of cardboard billowing up into the air and landing in the surrounding landscape. It happened over and over and over! I was appalled! I am part of a farm family and we are disgusted when trash is left in our fields, disrupting the process of getting our crops in the ground or harvested because of having to stop multiple times to remove debris. I am glad I don't live where I saw this happening. I called the company and said I thought that the driver needed to go back over those MILES of the mess he left behind and walk to the fields to clean it up. You and I both know that isn't going to happen. I was SO upset by this. It happened over a week ago and I am still upset when I think of it.
