My fiance passed away last month before we could do a paternity test. The Coroner sent the samples and the proper paperwork to them soon after and they received everything from their end (the ***************** and my end (the baby's cheeks swab). He has now been cremated. I was told yesterday that they still didn't run the test because supposedly the Coroner filled the paperwork out wrong (she said she didn't) and supposedly they only got the revised paperwork the day before yesterday. Apparently my results won't be available until the 22nd. I was assured before I spent the $350, the company was legit, legal, precise and prompt. That I would get the results back in 6 business days. Not a whole month!! I worked in 3 labs. How did they managed to get the samples from going bad? I need answers and my results now!!

    Good day,

After further review of your case, we discovered that the delay was caused by the medical examiner not completing the required documents properly. We have since contacted them to ensure these documents are filled out correctly.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to expedite the process and get the results to you as soon as we can.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

I recently used Choice DNA Laboratory for my DNA testing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The process and customer service were great from start to finish. Ordering my kit was straightforward, and I arrived with clear instructions. Collecting my sample was quick and easy, and I appreciated the emphasis on privacy and security throughout the process. What truly stood out to me was the customer service. Their friendly team, who clearly cared about their customers, answered any questions I had promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Choice DNA for anyone considering DNA testing. Their professionalism, thoroughness, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart!

They answer the phone until they have collected your fifty dollars. It's like once you call to check on the status of your kit, they put your number on the do not answer list. I keep getting a guy who says to talk to "*******" but the number only rings once and the fax dial tone afterward. These people are scamming independent contractors and customers out of money and should be investigated for their continuous schemes.

I had non invasive prenatal paternity testing done at 7 weeks, was called to go back in at 9 weeks due to low fetal fraction. Received phone call results were sent. After reading the reviews I was completely stressed about the testing accuracy. I spent many days thinking and researching about it. However I can tell you my results were accurate! My son was born on 4/30 and I told myself Id come back here and leave some enlightenment for anyone in the same situation that has read all the negative reviews. Very positive experience. Thanks ChoiceDNA

I spent $1500 on a DNA test. I had to constantly follow-up. Well, after the first try they said they needed to retest. So, I sent in additional samples. The samples were delivered back to them on 12/27/2023 and they confirmed via email testing would start 12/28/2023. I followed-up via email on 1/3/2024 and they said they hadn't received one of the samples. I searched the tracking number and confirmed it was delivered on 12/27/2023. They lied and said there was no information on the package when I clearly included the case number and name in the package. Conveniently, there was no image uploaded to my patient portal of the package for my case manager to verify. Finally, on 1/3/2024 they have claimed to have started testing. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. This has been more of a headache then I could have ever imagined. You have to constantly follow-up with them to get ANY results. I started this process over a month ago and still have nothing to show for it, aside from having wasted $1,500.

Thank you for the feedback. Our goal is to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rate. I'm happy to address your concerns publicly and offline. $1500 is a great deal of money. Your time is equally as important. We don't take either lightly. When you called to check on your samples, it's not that we lied to you. Our system was not updated and the representative you spoke with did not have a record of the sample at the time you called. Some of this is attributed to you calling during the New Year's holiday break. Once your samples were successfully logged and scanned in we were able to see the images and noticed you didn't write the alleged father's name on the sample. I've attached that image for your review and I've emailed you a copy. This is what caused the delay in your sample being logged in. After lengthy and diligent research, we used the address on the mailing envelope from the package you sent us to associate the unmarked samples with your account. You started the process over a month ago, but since you were obtaining samples without the alleged father's knowledge, the samples you were providing didn't have enough DNA, therefore the ******************* more samples. We did not charge you for testing the additional samples. After speaking to our results department I was informed that you have received your results. Sorry for any poor service you may have received along the way. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Please let us know what we can do to offer you a happy resolution to this case.
