    In N Out had had my vehicle since LAST THURSDAY AFTERNOON 6/8/23 for the replacement of a faulty / improperly installed timing chain that had been placed on my car by them ( they offered to warranty it out). I dropped the car off in good faith and called the following day just to check on the car they told me they had the part and I'd get my car by 6pm on Monday. On Monday about 4:45 they called and told me the car was in pieces and would not be ready til Tuesday. Tuesday comes they call me close to their 6pm closing time now telling me the part was in ************ at *************************** and asked if I could possibly go get it and I told them no because they have my only source of transportation (I'm a single mom of 3). Well me and the ***************** got into a heated phone conversation and he was very disrespectful all I asked was why I had been misinformed about the status of my car. He then said it was on a delivery truck and would be there Wednesday. Here it is Thursday and I have called, was placed on 15 minute wait and I have yet to get my car back and I assume it still has not been fixed I am beyond upset, stressed and just wish they would do better and do right to their customers. This is totally ridiculous and I'll never take my car to them again after this.
