      We have been waiting for one year for a headstone for our daughter who passed away in October of 2021. We were told it would be installed August of 2022. Then we were told "Maybe" February 2023. We put down a down payment over a year ago. No communication from them. Still an unmarked grave in Mongo cemetery. No word from them. It's ridiculous. It's supposed to be a caring business, instead a frustrating reminder of an untimely and horrible death.

      ************** signed a purchase agreement for a Memorial Grave Marker on May 7th 2022 and estimated time of completion was late fall, indicating into December of 2022. Due the unfortunate continuation of supply chain issue, our industry was not spared in this regard.
      The granite was placed on order from Rock of Ages within ********************************************************************************************************** anticipation of completion as scheduled. Labor and transportation hinderances have continued to plaque most families in this regard, not only with the completion of this one Memorial, but many others as well.
      Our manufacturer has since fabricated the marker and is awaiting shipping to our location, hopefully within the next two weeks. Upon arrival, engraving and installation should take place in 30 45 days from today, and the ***** Family should have a little more closure.
      ************** has since been contacted by phone and has been updated on all facts and concerns mentioned above.I will be meeting with him today to finalize any corrections or modifications that *** be made to the marker, and I will once again let him know that as a business, we do understand the grief and deep emotions involved in the death of a loved one. We continually strive as a family entity to serve as timely and compassionately as possible in all circumstances.
