Refund and Exchange Policy

HICO Solutions offers a service as a solution. These services are time based and time sensitive; centered around branding, web design and web development. Due to the nature of the HICO Solutions’ offered services once a project or billable event has been initiated by any member of our team, your investment is non-refundable.
For future project invoices sent to HICO Solutions’ clients, where those invoices have been paid in full or in part, and without any work, time, or effort being exhausted by HICO Solutions, those “paid” invoices (paid in full or in part) are partially refundable. “Paid” project invoices will be refunded at 80% of the cost of the project.

Request to cancel on-going project:

Clients can cancel their on-going project with HICO Solutions. To do so, please review our refund policy above. As for requests for any and all completed work, HICO Solutions will deliver any and all completed pieces of content that can be sent as an adobe file type, .pdf, image file type, and Microsoft Office file type. Once a project is cancelled by a Client, HICO Solutions is not required to offer a final project deliverable.

Paid in Full Refunds
HICO Solutions does itemize project invoices so our clients have an in-depth understanding of our project’s scope of work. If a project is paid in full and then cancel prematurely before all items of the project are complete, the client will not receive any form of a refund. This is because although a project may not be completed, our time and effort may have already been used to moving certain item of a project forward. HICO Solutions’ projects are not strictly tracked for tasks completion on the behalf of our clients (Unless otherwise discussed for a particular project where “Task Tracking” is part of the scope of work written within our contract with a client under “Schedule A”). Our day to day internal process and task completion flow is private, not public.
