      FEBRUARY 4, 2025 VIDEO 1 Worker from utility company USICLLC rang our doorbell and said he had broken our water line. He was checking for utilities contracted by *******. Water was running all night. We opened a ticket at **************** and *****. Someone came but said it was our responsibility to get a plumber and fix it. We called a plumber who charged $2,550 (submitted the invoice to him and to Xfinity). We have not gotten our water bill which will be ****************** Ticket #********** Xfinity Ticket Ticket #ECM0011924247 FEBRUARY 5, 2025 VIDEO 2 **** ********* from USICLLC rang our doorbell and said he was a supervisor from the company and his guy had broken our water line. He said they would pay everything as you hear on the video. I sent him photos and the invoice with what we paid the plumber. My husband and I have called, texted, and emailed after that day almost daily and he never responded again. My husband and I are both retired so this was a big blow to our finances, and we dont have the water bill yet.

      *********** used sub-contractor ************* for some work on our street. **** called 811 to mark the utilities in August 2024. The paint markings are still on our sidewalk, neighbor's sidewalk and street and cannot even be pressure washed off. I made a formal complaint to **** in December and received an official letter stating that **** ***** **************************************** is responsible for the damage. I contacted him and he said he is not responsible - even though it is THEIR paint that will not wash off. I followed up with another email to **** ***** requesting that he repair the damage that his paint caused, and he will not respond.

      We are a utility contractor in ***********, **. I have been trying to get locates for over a month. Talk to the Supervisor ***** and its always I will get someone out there and still nothing. ****** the locator came out when the tickets were first called in after hounding ***** about it. She located a section complaining the whole time and told my guys that was all she was locating she did not care what ***** said, so far she has held true to her word. So we got that part done and have been trying for a month to get them to locate. The locator did come out on 1/16/25 and take pictures and put on the positive response that we completed the work before her arrival. Those tickets were remarks called in because of snow. In the pics its just pipe sticking up, the snow has not been touched. That's because we done that the first time she located. She also even went to a different part of the job where another contractor put in Power lines and took pictures and added to mine. Then she closed the tickets and put contractor complete with job. If it was complete I would not have called them in again. She still has never located it. These tickets were called in the first time on 12-5-24 she did locate a small section of it. I have been trying to get her to locate the rest since 12/13/24 talking with ***** and still have not got any. These jobs were supposed to be done by now. USIC does not care about dead lines but we do. If I was the companies they work for I would have fired them by now its the same thing all the time with locates especially in ***********. I will be contacting more higher up people until I get somewhere. I have uploaded all my notes from this. USIC is the only company I have problems with every other company that locates do so by the time they are required. Its a bad look when you get a job for a new contractor and you cant make the deadlines because of no locates. I doubt this does anything but I am hopeful that I talk to someone who will do something.

      i have bin treated unfairly by mangement , my parked car was hit by an employee who was drunk at 2 am on 9/1/24 my car is totaled in the front end and it has got electric problems now cause the car isnt starting itsand i have bin hung up on multiple times and the insurance company (*************************) says they have no claim in the system which i find to be very weird and serious if it is true then they are hiding the accident and who know how much times before that they did it .. i do have a claim number for ******** but that agent is rude and isnt even credited by the state i searched ******** has no license to do insurance (******** ****) also the district ****** *** has bin ignoring me since the accident i was told someone would come see me but they didnt they went to the drivers house instead which i find serious weird why are u guys making up a story o what ???

      I have been waiting for over a month for a simple Ticket order to be started and completed. I originally called 811 " call before you dig" so that the contractor USIC can come to my property survey the ground before I dig, they still haven't done it. I have been given the run around by this company for over a month. Calling them gets you the dispatcher and they will " have the supervisor ***************************** ************** or ************************* **************, ********************** **************, Or the ******* manager *************************** **************. Not one of these individuals calls you back nor do they make there technicians complete the job in a timely manner. I as a customer did the right thing by calling and asking for my back yard to be survey for any under ground utilities before I dig and possibly hurt my self or damage some utilities as power, cable, water and sewer etc. ************ should be held accountable for the lack of professionalism especially for a service that our tax dollars pay for and for a customer doing the right thing by doing what the state of ******* requires us as residents of this state and county. ************ should definitely receive a bad remark from the BBB so others do not go through this.

      While reviewing this complaint I noticed that the names that were being contacted do not work for USIC, so this could be why nobody responded.

      After searching the address for the ticket number, I found that the scope of the area requested is clear of all the facilities that USIC is responsible for to locate.

      I am rejecting this response because: Why did it take so many attempts to get this ticket along with the others for the same job completed. The names given were from your company's dispatcher. You are just trying to pass the buck off on some one else for your mistakes. I simply asked for answers and still have none. I have till this day never received a call as told I would so many times. Its simple you and your company failed at their jobs.

      Rude locator in ** triad area - ********** ** office?He pulled into my driveway- sat there for awhile- thought he was marking; He finally got out - tried to explain where the fence company had flags and power company still marked from previous locator He was spraying in my stressed grass(NO utilities in the area) He got mad when I informed him to spray in the mulched bed by flagged power area. Spectrum was in the ditch in front and no where near the flagged area(placed by the company)AT NO POINT DID HE ASK TO OPEN MY FENCE GATE; but he reported he couldnt access my yard but called his supervisor lying that he couldnt access it- recorded on camera- he failed to mention that Logistics came after and followed the instructions marking in the back ATT line- unfortunately due to the lying member the fence company refused to adjust my existing fence lines- other companies for fencing but USCIC staff need to understand they are being recorded and understand theyre are PRIVATE PROPERTY and to listen to the owners I called 811 to get the information that was discussed and communicated on the ticket I was given numerous phone numbers without resolution My daughter is a witness and he was recorded with multiple cameras I asked him to park on the front where the spectrum box is located- he could have marked that but instead MARKED IN RED PAINT ON THE **** IN FRONT OF MY DRIVEWAY Duke cleared NO ACESS!Not only is this unprofessional its a driving distraction and could have caused an accident I covered it with black paint after noticing cars slowly down in front of my home I took a photo of the cleared in my mulched bed Im not sure if his supervisor instructed him to do the marking on the Thom **** and if he did his management needs to be notified ASAP- UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE behavior Would not follow simple instructions on ticket C241701479-OOC - flags were at the fence line on the outside of my fence- no power or spectrum anywhere near the flags placed

      Just got home to one of their trucks blocking my driveway so I didn't even attempt to pull in instead I went next door for a bit then i came out to find it moved and parked in my yard. My landlord is going to blame me now thanks, who the h*** parks in people's yard at a private residence?

      On 4/18/24, ******************* (their Job #*******) severed the neutral line per ********* while digging in my next door neighbors yard (the Halls at ******************************************************************************.) & caused a huge power surge & loss of power in my home (*********************************************). I contacted ********* on 4/23 to file a claim who in turn contacted ******************* who then apparently contacted USIC. Received a call on 4/24 from Mishuan at USIC who indicated reimbursement for damaged items was above her pay *********** had to refer me to the USIC claims manager. On 4/24, ************************* from USIC confirmed USIC was at fault & took pictures of the damaged items in my home & indicated someone from USIC would contact me. Not hearing from anyone, on 5/9 I called sent ************* a text message because her voicemail was full--no response! On 5/15 spoke with ****** who said she would follow up & call me backno response!. On 5/15 through USIC website submitted a comprehensive email regarding the incident & the damaged items with no response. On 5/19 spoke with ****** again & again no call back. On 5/22 called USIC *************) spoke with ***** who referred me to ****** who gave me the USIC claims email ID. On 5/22 submitted another comprehensive email explaining the incident & all of the damaged items to include the items/prices/installation costs to *********************************************************** On 5/28, after no response to my 5/22 email to USIC claims, sent a follow up email- -again no response. On 5/30, spoke with ****** at USIC & explained the 4/18 incident again! She requested my name, phone number & address. Said all she could do was send an email to USIC claims department as that was the only way for her or anyone else to communicate with them.On 6/5 called ************************* again. Left a text message because her voicemail was full! Doubt shell respond!USIC is non-responsive & unprofessional! I will have spent $1,320.97 replacing damaged non-repairable items due to an incident NOT CAUSED BY ME!!!!

      ************************* from USIC contacted me on 6/7/24 and I again for the 3rd or 4th time (I have lost track how many people to whom I had to provide information surrounding this incident) provided her with the information she needed to process this claim (USIC Claim #**************). On 6/11 she indicated she received and added the Signed Release to the claim - its been approved and sent to the accounting department for processing.. On 6/25 I called Mandi to find out the status of the reimbursement payment. As usual it seems with this company, I was not able to speak with ***** so I left her a voicemail and as of today,7/1, have not received a response! 

      Today, 7/1, I called USIC and spoke with ***** in accounting who indicated she did not handle reimbursements and she transferred me to claims, extension 7804. I was also unable to speak with anyone at that extension and could not leave a message because the voicemail was full! 
      I have been trying to resolve this situation since April and it is now July!! To say this company is very slow to respond and that the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing is an understatement!! I am truly dissatisfied and extremely frustrated!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me. 
      It took a tremendous amount of follow up and time on my part and the majority of times with no response by USIC with the last no response from ************************* on 6/25 when I followed up on the status of this claim which was approved and sent to accounting on 6/11! Called USIC on 7/1 and spoke to accounting only to be transferred to someone whose voicemail was full and I couldnt leave a message!! I finally received a check on 7/16 which was approximately 3 months after the initial occurrence of the problem caused by USIC!!
