    The transaction happened tonight at 9:30 PM on June 27th,2022. They pressured us into spending 300$ on booking fees and 71 weekly. I read one post about it being a scam and thousands of others online have listed it as a scam. I want me refund and its been less then 3 days

    So I was talked into paying over 2 thousand dollars for modeling classes with the possibility of getting signed after my 30 week program.I recently was picked up by an actual modeling agency who told me that this class is a scam and to get my money back from them if possible.Three weeks ago I called the help desk asked for a refund for the classes I have not yet attended.(16 classes) I had just completed my 14th class. When I called I was told to submit a email to the refund center or whatever they called it saying that I wanted out of the classes and to be refunded for the classes I have yet to take, over half.After I did that I called back the next day and asked for the refund. They told me I would be getting $702 of the $2000 odd dollars I paid for the classes on the 10th of June. I was okay with that number even tho I felt it was less than What I should have gotten back.With that being said here we are on June 10th and I still have yet to be refunded. Its been three weeks give me my money.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this inquiry by **********************.  ************************** refund was posted to her credit card on June 2, 2022.  In her complaint to your office she states she was told it would be processed June 10, 2022.  We are not sure why this is a problem but her refund was posted as promised in the amount she states she understood in her correspondence to your office. 

    Although we vehemently disagree with ************************** assessment of our company, based on what she was told by a third party, we wish her the best of luck in our industry and are pleased she had no complaints about our training or services.  

    We shall consider this matter closed.
