No, I do not recommend them. They did not do a good job at all. I had a sewage under my crawlspace. Their quote was high. They said it was a category 3 mess and needed fans and dehumidifiers. When they came out the said it was not that bad and they only covered the affected area. They did not pullout the old liner and let the ground dry before installing new liner and a little sprinkle of lime and then they had to come back and redo what seeped through still not removing the contaminated liner placing it over the old and taping it together. My plumber emailed me that it was still very wet under there. The cost was over $6,819.74 grand to my insurance which $2 grand of that was out of pocket. I feel like I was taken advantage of because of my emergency situation. I am very disappointed that they lied to me. I would NOT recommend them AT ALL for the amount of unprofessional and incomplete work that was not done to the cost to have it done is just not worth it. Beware of Insurance scammers!

Hi ******, First, I am very sorry you had a bad experience with our company. Our intentions is to always make sure our customers have a good experience during usually very bad situations. I have read through your file and talked with our technicians to get an idea on what happened. As you can imagine, any time you have to work in a crawlspace, it can be very difficult. Small cramped area, ducting and wires in your way that we have to crawl over, under and around and yours was filled with sewage water. Not a good situation at all. We initially went out to look at it so we could submit an estimate to your insurance adjuster for the clean up and to make sure you had coverage for the loss so you would not get stuck with a large bill. We had to wait for several days before we heard back from the adjuster and when he did verify coverage, we were able to begin. After the first day of working in the crawl we did have to return to fix some areas of concern and we did so without any additional cost. Lime was put down in the crawl and it was covered up with 6 mil poly. The ground was still wet, but all the moisture was under the vapor barrier which is normal. The insurance company did not give us the ok to dry out the dirt, which they rarely do. We followed the estimate that was submitted to the insurance company and agreed scope. I know my office has submitted a full set of pictures to you showing the work was completed and an email that addressed your concerns. Again, I am sorry you felt like your crawl space did not receive the attention it should have, but I can assure you we followed protocol in your crawl space. I also can assure you no insurance scam happed here. I have been in business for over 36 years and pride myself and my company on following ***** Standards and doing jobs the correct way. My technicians are ***** trained and certified and know my standards and know they must uphold our company values: Reputation, Industry Leader, Team Atmosphere, Professional and Trustworthy. Restoration companies don't last 36 years if they are not a following Industry Standards and doing right by people. If you have further concerns, feel free to call our office and ask for me. **** ***** CEO and President Amerestore *************************************

Had about 6 on standing water that I need removed from a small crawl space that was only under my kitchen and laundry room. And a plastic barrier laid. I was shocked when I was given a quote of $2,800!!!!! Even though I am 73 years old, I told them I would just do it myself as I already have a pump that I can use. They are a total ripoff. When I called to get a quote, they asked if I would be using insurance. I said I didnt know because I did not know what caused it. I have found a lot of big companies doing this now and its no wonder insurance prices are so high!
