Our entire experience with ******* from Energy Efficient Replacements and the installation team was nothing but wonderful. The crew worked hard and did a great job making our home look new again. We had them install new siding and windows on our home in **********. I highly recommend giving them a opportunity, you will be happy with the results. Also the office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable

Ordered a sliding window but got something else. Immediately said it was the wrong window. Sales rep told me my window was too big for the window I wanted so they changed it without contacting me first. I was offered a more expensive window at my cost. Then I called and left a message for the owner but NEVER got a callback. The person I left the message with called me back and told me I still owed the same amount for the plain window but they are willing to pay the last $250 on the bill. If I didn't agree to their terms my bill would be sent to collections and a lien would be put on my house. No way would I agree to that when they botched my dealings with them over a 4 month period so how can I trust and believe they will do right over a 2 year period !!??Energy Efficient Replacements

You still have an outstanding balance for the brand new windows installed in your home. This was one of the options you agreed to prior to finalizing window order. You were offered a discount on final balance and you declined. Balance is still due.Review fromJennifer S

1 starHired them to replace siding and they did not file paperwork with county and got shut down until they corrected it. No one let me know until after a few days when they came back to work. Siding was coming off in a few places and they did ************** it and then I found new damages from them repairing other slates. I called and told them and they said it was from us. They wanted to charge me to come out $250. And I would have to go thru the company who made the siding to have it replaced. They also kept ******* and ordered way too much product and didnt refund me the difference. I have a garage full of extra pieces. They were very rude and used the * word. 1 starHired them for Siding, Windows and Gutters. Contract was to start in 6 to 8 weeks and job to be complete in 10 to ************************ May and now we are at the end of September and job is not complete. ******* says he will call and then doesn't. I have rotten wood that was covered up by window trim, underneath both front doors - left exposed with large whole. Window taken out and they forgot to order replacement. Took 3 weeks and a call to sales man and office for them to call me back to say the do not have window ..looking at plywood since mid June from inside the house. Extreme lack of communication, urgency or desire to complete anything they started.
