      New build custom house big c provided all windows,doors, locks, and hardware for door, windows as well as composite decking, railing and sun room vinyl windows. Lock for fire safe door for safe room was ordered and supposedly on back order when rest of materials were ordered. Ive been chasing the manager through email and his employee who does the installs for about 10 months to get the lock delivered and installed. *********************** has ignored several emails, calls to the office and face to face conversations with his installer *****. This has been paid for and not delivered. The post order which was in the high five figures including 3 oversized sliders 50 windows 6 exterior doors, took half a year just to get screens, window cranks, proper colored hardware and inserts delivered and installed after constant follow-up with ***** his installer. Who noted they didnt order the right ones on a few occasions. This has been nothing but a run around and wouldnt ever do business or recommend them to any fellow businesses or remodels again.

      After speaking with *******, we are taking care of the missing strike plate this week.  Per the request of the contractor, the window screens and hardware were delivered after the trim was installed to prevent loss or damage, this is a standard practice.  As far as him chasing the manager with emails, I am the manager, and never once received an email or phone call or personal visit from him.   He was unaware of my contact information which he now has.  He has asked ***** (our sales rep) for a quote to do additional work on a deck that was built on his residence by the contractor that built his house.  As of right now, I believe we are good with *******.
      ******** also told me the *****, our service rep, was an excellent person.
