    I purchased the e.collar product mini-educator rx-090 May 22, 2024 from ******. The product was doing well until it stopped charging so I called the company bec the product was under warranty. They sent me a replacement July 23, 2024, have me return the defective item. Fast forward today, the collar just randomly buzz my dog and my dog helps out of pain; this happens couple of times. I called the company and asked for a refund but they refuse. They said they can replace the defective item but cannot refund. I cannot trust this product anymore and will not put it on my dog again but they wont take the product back. Company should be accountable for the product they manufacture.

    I bought an ecollar online on 09/24 which was marked as shipped 09/27. It was marked as delivered 09/30. On this day, within 2 hrs of receiving the delivery email, I went to our mailroom to get the package. It was nowhere to be found. I then went on to query with management, who would not locate a package being delivered on the cameras around the approx time frame it was marked as delivered. I spoke to the driver of delivery company and he could not recall delivering this exact package. Since then, *** reached out to the company, who informed me Ive to get a lost claim signed by a notary public and stored on file for 10 years alongside my SSN and drivers license. A bit unnecessary but sure as I never recieved this and am $200 out. I filled all this out over 2 weeks ago and its been crickets. Ive sent emails that have gone ignored. I feel as though Ive no other option other than to open this case in the hopes of receiving a refund on something Ive been fighting for over a month now with no luck or progress.

    This Order Number: RT6DSTOEBPQCKMVVC60OJ0 was not placed with our company.  I will reach out to the customer to see where the original purchase took place and resolve the issue from here.  We would never ever state that a claim be signed by a notary public and stored on file for 10 years alongside SSN and DL.
