  This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I paid *** $600 in full on day one. *** accepted my design idea and stated he would implement it into a format that I would eventually be able to print as a vehicle wrap. *** never kept to his deadlines and was continually late, making excuse after excuse. *** told me the person who would be applying the wrap could make basic edits and color edits with the files. I finally received the files after numerous weeks and found the files with no color and in the format where you cannot make any correction. The file was worthless. I immediately contacted *** and asked him to send me a file that I could add color and print the wrap. He refused and told me I needed to pay more money if I wanted that service. He stated he was paid to create the design and thats what he did. I didnt understand that either, because I created the design ********** experience with *** was terrible. I was left with a colorless PDF file that I was unable to use.

  One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. He was referred by an installer to do the design work and asked for money upfront to start both projects. For the first company he took months to do a simple design. Whenever I asked for changes he wouldn't respond for weeks and when he finally send me back the changes, other things would be wrong that weren't wrong before. After months of little to no response, my installer fired him and had someone else redesign because all of his measurements and sizing were wrong. However he never refunded my money that I paid for my second company design so he is not only unprofessional, but a thief as well.
