    My daughter and I were their on a field trip and they decided to go digital, meaning you had to use on of their machines or go online and pay for certain attractions and rides. I bought tickets to have my daughter feed the giraffes. They wernt available... when we checked again they wernt available the second time.When I called to try and get my money back for the attractions I didn't use, They refuse to give me back any kind of refund.I hope to anyone who attends the zoo, make sure the things are available before you purchase any "tickets". It's ridiculous that you buy this "digital" tickets and their is no way to get your money back. I wasted alot of money and had a very sad litte girl. They don't consider this stealing... absolutely ridiculous!!!!
