  Not a good company to do business with. Installed wrong color on windows. Wont make it right Want to charge me for 2 new windows

  I ordered three windows through them. They got two right one they didnt when I went into explain that I spoke to three different girls when I first tried starting to order them windows. She basically said no I was lying and shes the one that does all the orders she did do my order at the end when we were ready to order them, but I still spoke with two other girls before her so the order was done three times basically and they made a round window for me that is stationary. It was supposed to open when I went in today to tell her she told me that they cant make those kind of windows l, and said she told me that the day I ordered it, my question is why would I order something I dont need. I will eat the cost and move on she was to rude to talk to again. And they can reply to this and try to make it sound like it was me did something wrong, if it was I will accept that, but when you go to tell someone the situation and she calls you a liar it kinda does not make it to getting it resolved, and the ordering girl should be fired in my opinion.

  Took about a year to get the windows installed completely. Some windows arrived damaged and had to have parts replaced immediately. That took months. Cheap stick on trim is already popping. Loose. Some windows have visual defects. During last year's cold snap had frost inside, on the window frame and hardware. You can feel wind blow in when windows are closed. The doors were installed without flashing on the wood of our sill plate. We have called and called to have the problems remedied. They always say that they will have someone call me back. No one ever calls back. I contacted the corporate office with the same result.
