I had my house partially sided by Hoosier Window and Siding. Within the first couple of years, water leaked into my house, ruining my walls. Hoosier Window initially claimed it wasnt their fault. However, it turned out they hadnt caulked the areas where water could penetrate. They replaced the damaged interior drywall, but we continued to have smaller leaks, which we initially attributed to other issues. We repeatedly contacted Hoosier about the leaks. Their solution was to caulk everything instead of addressing the underlying issue. Eventually, we replaced the roof as they suggested. Despite this, the leaks returned after a wet spring. The roofing company investigated and found that the original siding job by Hoosier was improperly done. They had just slapped Styrofoam boards on the house without any house wrap to prevent leaks. Additionally, during the installation process, they fed the * Channel into the siding trim piece, which created a path for water to backflow behind the roof flashing.I documented this and contacted Hoosier. When their representative came out, I showed him the problem. Instead of admitting their mistake and working with me to fix it, they refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge me over $6,000 to repair their faulty installation.Ultimately, all the siding needs to be removed, house wrap applied, and the siding reinstalled. "Siding Company B" quoted $2,700 to do this job correctly. This isnt the first issue with Hoosiers poor customer service. On the sunny side of my house, their installers cut a piece of siding too short, causing it to warp from the heat. Instead of fixing it, they charged me $70 to slap two screws in it.We chose Hoosier Window because they offered the lowest bid. What *** learned is that the owner doesnt stand behind his companys work or subcontractors. They sell you on affordability but dont stand behind their promises.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT, RACIST, DISCRIMINATES AGAINST WOMEN, AFRICAN AMERICANS, LOW INCOME, & THOSE CONSIDERED DISABLED. THEY'RE CON ARTISTS TELLING YOU THEY PUT IN WINDOWS MADE TO MEASURE THEN ACTUALLY PUT IN WINDOWS 2 INCHES TOO SMALL SO THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY WHILE ILLEGALLY GAINGING ENTRY BY OPENING YOUR WINDOW & CLIMBING IN WHICH CONSTITUTES BREAKING & ENTERING. THEY DISREGARD THE HEALTH SAFETY OF THE CUSTOMERS BY NOT WEARING MASKS RESULTING IN GIVING US A VIRUS, BECAUSE THEY SENT 2 WORKERS TO MY HOME WITH AN ACTIVE VIRUS. THEY WALKED OFF THE *** REFUSING TO PUT IN THE PROPER SIZE WINDOWS IN WHICH THEIR INSTALLER ****** SAID HIS COWORKER MISMEASURED IN OCTOBER 2023. THEY LIED ON ME & TO ME & TO MY BENEFACTORS IN ORDER TO GET PAID & LEFT MY HOUSE IN TOTAL DISREPAIR, EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS. BOTTOM LINE THEIR ************ HAVE GIVEN THEM AN A+ RATING WITH SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED. EVEN THE BUILDING INSPECTOR CAME OUT & SAID "IT WAS NOT GOOD" "NOT GOOD AT ALL" VERBALLY & IN TEXTS. DO YOU WANT AUDIO & WRITTEN EVIDENCE OF THEIR FRAUD?
