  I should of read the reviews before I went to this place. They do not like black people at this place. I feel the city should shut them down. Very disrespectful and they DO NOT TELL THE ***** I practiced a lot of restraint when I was in this establishment. If you have anger management issues about liars and disrespect please do not go there.

  Absolutely terrible communication! You call one location and schedule maintenance only to get there and they tell you the servic shop is closed and has been for 5 months. How am I, the consumer, supposed to know my call was forwarded to another location when they didn't tell me. So needless to say, I missed my appointment today so I canceled and will be going elsewhere for my maintenance needs.

  These guys are thieves. I did buy a car here and during the test drive the service soon light came on. Shouldve been the first red flag. Afterward, did the car wash. Nobody was ******* the car wash and it didnt wash anything. Beware of this if you fall for their trap of free car washes for the lifetime of the car. When I drove the car home, the rest of the kinks they were hiding showed. The windshield is cracked, the speakers half work, and so on. They will rush you in because they know they are liars and will provide you with the worst car possible and steal from you. Beware of this place, not a good place to shop at all. Beware of **** the salesmen and beware of the managers here, total thieves.

  As a former employee, I will never buy a vehicle from this company. I worked for the company when ********************** still owned it. And it seems **** has carried on the ways of his father. Selling junk vehicles made to look appetizing to a buyer the amount of times that I have spray-painted interior to make it look nice for a customer instead of cleaning it, the amount of times that I have cleaned up an absolute junk car and turned around and sold it for a premium price to someone makes me sick. A little over a year ago, I stumbled upon what I thought was a deal and I shouldve known better. I am currently stranded on the side of the road without my spare because instead of purchasing the proper spare, they took a spare from a scrap vehicle, and one of their most popular sellers a *******************, and toss it underneath. The things that I have seen done and asked to do, the sloppy and disrespectful talk that goes on inside of that place, I would steer anyone as far away from there as I possibly can. Hope this helps somebody.

  I was referred to this auto company after my car was totaled and paid off after waiting for hours for the banks to help they found a price range. I was offered a preowned vehicle which was in good standing looked at by their auto service . I ve had the car for less than a year and spent about ***** on repairs taking it to the shop more than twice , the third time there were more major issues that caused for large repair. The company did not offer me any warranty or ************* during the transaction just if I had a trade in which car was totaled and paid off. I was not offered a rental for my wait and the company had me in circles talking to 10 different sales people. A trade in was not an option they did not want to deal with. I was sold a Lemon again poor customer service was given when there's no solution.
