    *** overpromised and underdelivered. The project was not completed on time and was of poor quality. The workers often refused to complete tasks, left with materials paid for by customer, and tried to get customer to hire them on the side. Project managers were not available and did not add any benefit to the project. This was a terrible experience.

    ******************* from concept, options, design, communication, installation, clean up and final inspection with 3 orders - all new windows, all new doors, and kitchen remodel. Showroom team are talented, professional and work for the customer. The installation teams are second to none. They get it right the first time! We had a small hiccup that was immediately resolved with ***** personally visiting, apologizing and getting resolved on schedule. As the customer I had to communicate, listen and make sure they knew what I wanted, needed and expected. Highly recommend Windows Doors & More!

    All of my windows and doors have come from Windows, ***************************** and I am thrilled with them! They do a great job and I will be coming back for sure.

    I had ordered all windows patio door and storm door to be replaced in my home on 3-9-22. They came to my home in July to install the storm door. The door was not the one I ordered. So I had to wait close to 8 wks to get the correct door. Next the windows. They sent me a couple of guys for the installation which they would only put in a couple of hours to install 1 or two windows and than leave. This lasted a whole week. The installer damaged the wall where he was removing one of my old window. The sales person ********************* did not bother ton come to my house to assess the damage..They also took a wrong measurment of my master bedroom window. They came yesterday to install and remove the old when I noticed the window was again not the one I had ordered.. I called the store yesterday to speak to management or to ********************* and did not receive a call back. I waited from March to October 2022 to get all my doors and windows replaced and still waiting to have this job done..
