    Terrible experience at Lazer X. The girl working the mission instruction room and her manager on Saturday, March 11th, at 4 pm ruined a birthday experience for an eight-year-old. As we entered the instruction room, she said we could not accompany the children we were with during the instructions or help with the vests as we had done every single time we'd attended there before. We told her we were uncomfortable leaving them unattended and would prefer a refund. She rolled her eyes at me and then had an immediate scowl on her face. We entered the instruction room; after a few minutes, she held a walkie-talkie up for everyone in the room to hear her manager say that if our children were not able or too young to be alone, they needed to leave. Both of them berated us. We requested a refund, and the manager continued to criticize us; he asked, "when you take him to ride go-carts, do you ask to buckle him in the seat!?" They haven't ridden go-carts before but are not left in a dark room with strangers when riding go-carts. And yes, I am cautious about allowing strangers to touch my children, especially with the chest strap for my 11-year-old daughter and her friends.
