I paid 2 months ago in full and it's done and is done very badly and he has had it for a month. has made many excuses and even broke parts of my car.Business Response

************ had agreed verbally to our terms and conditions which you will find here at this link. In **************************************************************** - In our T&C it states that we do not provide any refunds for ANY reason due to all products and services being rendered and ************ had been updated throughout the entire process. ************ was updated that at the time his payment was made it would take about 2 weeks for the vinyl to arrive. He delivered his vehicle on March 18, and I started on the installation shortly afterwards. First I needed to have my subcontracted mechanic do a teardown of the vehicle's parts before I could work on the wrap. During the installation I ran short of material and let ************ know that I needed to order more vinyl from my supplier (at no cost to him) and that I needed to wait until that arrived before I could finish the rest of the wrap. I gave him the option of picking up his vehicle with the one side not wrapped and bringing it back when the rest of the vinyl came in or leaving it with us and he chose to leave it with us until the remaining vinyl came in. The remaining vinyl arrived on April 9th and I wrapped the other side the next day, April 10th. During the re-assembly my newly hired mechanic had found out that the other mechanic had broken both side inner door handles so I had to order replacement OEM parts from GM to fix these before the customer could pick up the vehicle. I let ************ know that both handles were broken during the teardown of the vehicle unbeknownst to me and that I was repairing the handles and that as soon as the replacement parts were in we could finish the reassembly of the vehicle and everything would be done. On Monday April 15th I was on my way to pick up the final part for the car and I had a seizure while driving my car and did not make it to the parts supplier. I had to ride in an ambulance to the Emergency Room until I was released after tests. I suffer from Epilepsy and had had a grand mal seizure. I was unable to make it to the parts supplier until the next day. I sent ************ a picture of me sitting in the hospital apologizing for the extra delay so he knew what was going on and he replied 'get better'. The final reassembly happened on Wednesday when my mechanic was able to come back in to the shop to put the car back together exactly as it was with all new parts. ************ said everything looked great and he seemed to be happy with the overall quality of everything. While I was outside with the car taking final pictures and video of the wrap ************ and two of his friends were getting something to eat and disappeared for about an hour. When they finally returned to pick up the car I asked ************ if he would leave me a ****** and ******** review and he agreed. Not knowing he was not happy he returned home and left me a one-star review and posted negative comments about me and my business. He said that I pieced his bumper in 13-pieces which is not true, he said that I lied about having an accident, and left very negative comments about me and my business which was very unwarranted. I told him if he had any problems with anything to let me know first and I could address them. He told his friends and family to leave negative comments about me and my business which they did but I already got ****** to remove those because they were slandering my name and my business. Here are just some of the negative comments he said.. With a fake name mind you. This customer thinks he is going to get a free wrap out of me and already got a deal from the very beginning.
"Enhanced **************** LLC you took 1 month to wrap my car and I paid you 2 months ago and you've made many excuses even breaking my door handles. There are seams where there shouldn't be any the bumper has parts unwrapped and in 13 different pieces. So if you choose to have your car wrapped by him don't expect much."Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:Here are just some of the pictures I took close up.It is already bubbling off and the bumper is in multiple pieces. I didn't tell my family to leave comments they did. And if you want to lie saying you kept me in the loop you didn't. I had to ask eveytime to see the progress on my car. You didn't let me know about the handles until you said i could get it the day before so I texted you that I was on the way and then you called me saying they were broken and you fired you mechanic. You even put electric tape around the quarter glass to cover up the edges because of how bad you did. You should be wrapping cars at all. Honestly I feel it's crazy how I'm going to spend the extra money to have a "professional" do it and I could have done better with cricket wrap from *******. Me and my friends left for an hour to go eat because you said it would be about another hour before it's done anyways.Business Response

The black and white response to this is the customer was told before he ever made a purchase that Enhanced Images will repair any problems with the wrap if it starts to fail or peel within a years time, which happens due to weather, heat, or other factors with the film. ************ would rather ask me for any materials left over and I explained to him that all vinyl remaining are property of ************************* before hand and he understood this. When he asked me after the job was completed I told him tagain of this policy and he must have been upset about this and when he chooses to go to another company for the repairs or maintenance on my work this voids any and all warranties on the wrap installation. He would rather complain publicly and on social media, dragging my companies name through the mud than let me address the issues with the material and/or install techniques. It is very hard to judge what the material is going to do once it gets out in the sun/heat because the wrap is installed in a temperature controlled environment. Vinyl contracts and expands through temperature changes and his one picture of the corner in the bumper is a perfect example of something that shows an area that can be fixed if he brought it back to me but again, he is choosing to bash my name publicly and make false claims of 'being able to do a better job with a lower grade brand' This to me is hilarious that entitled people like him think they can do what I do. I am a professional and have been in this industry for over 20 years now so I have heard it all from all types of people. It was imperative for his bumper to be done in multiple pieces and seamed together because of the amount of material we had to work with and because of the type of bumper he chose to have installed on his vehicle. Some vehicles are different than others and require other install techniques. The vinyl/PPF has its limitations and ************ was aware of this before we ever started. The bumper is not done in "thirteen" pieces, this is an exaggerated response to make himself feel better. His picture of the corner peeling up proves that this area SHOULD have been installed in two more pieces to sit correctly so it makes his point irrelevant. He is not the professional wrap installer, I am. He should listen to my advice and just bring the car back so I can fix the parts that are failing but again he thinks he is getting one up on me by dragging my name and my business through the dirt by telling his friends and family negative comments about me. If he does not remove the post with my personal picture of me sitting in the hospital I will be taking further action for slander. There was no reason for this to go public it was a personal conversation between him and I. I have no idea what he was thinking by posting this to facebook. You have to be a pretty low class person to post a picture of somebody sitting in a hospital bed over a freaking door handle. To be clear, ************ - only one door handle was broken and replaced. The passenger door handle we didn't need to replace, it just was thought to be broken when it wouldnt work correctly because it had too much of the wrap going around the back of the handle because your handles were wrapped perfectly all the way around. That handle that was originally bought was returned. And the side window was not sealed with 'electrical tape' It was matte black vinyl which is a normal procedure to seal down the vinyl around rubber trim. It is a commercially acceptable thing to do because vinyl wrap does not stick to rubber. If it started to fail or peel, you are more than welcome to bring it back so we can fix that but again you chose to take the low road. ************ is showing small miniscule parts of a greater whole job that is completed about 3% of a 100% finished job. He has nothing to complain about publicly this should have all been handled between him and I. He just got butthurt in front of his friends because I told him NO when he asked about keeping extra vinyl to wrap his 4 ******* with *which I even gave him about 5' of because I could see how upset it made him*Initial Complaint

What a regret making the decision to work with this business. Quality of materials and installation was very poor. The owner has an inability to correct any problems, and there were many. Request a simple refund in an attempt to take business else ware was met with "I don't know what gives you the right to go to 'other wrap shops' after you have been working with me but of course they are going to tell you what you want to hear and downgrade my work.... They do it every day. This is what all my competitors in this city do. You can not get your money back as all services have been completed. " Stay clear of this business as it has consumed the time and effort of not just myself, but several other small businesses in the area.Business Response

*************, lets be honest about this. I mutually feel the same way about 'wasting your time'. I could have probably spent my ***** hours in total design time working on something that was more productive for me and my overall well-being but you first came to me telling me that you were looking to get your vehicle full wrapped and wanted to work with me because you were interested in my designs above all my competitors in the area. I explained to you that you have two options. You can either approve a full wrap quote and pay a 75% deposit that will cover all art charges, your materials and production costs, and would secure you a spot in my installation schedule. You also had an option to pay a non-refundable $500 artwork deposit if you wanted to get a design done first before paying a 75% deposit so you could see what you were going to get. You chose to pay a $500 artwork fee first. During the time working with you I sent you the first design on 2/27 which you originally told me "was very well received by myself and several others." Then asked me "This may sound crazy, but any way we could finalize the design today maybe and have this installed by Saturday morning? I have a job I need to drive out of state to leaving Saturday afternoon." I explained to you that it doesn't work like that and you would need to be patient although you were excited you still need to approve all the other sides of the wrap. After one revision on 2/29 we had an in-depth zoom call and Somehow I ended up doing 5 completely different wrap designs for you because you were not thinking that the wrap would be well liked by your clientele. By 3/5 I had shown you a final wrap concept that you seemed to really be drawn to that was a bright white design and you yourself said after giving me multiple revisions "I think we are getting really close!" On 3/7 you asked me to show you what a design would look like on just the windows that you decided a full wrap was going to be too much because you had this thing called "a wife" and she was the end all decision-maker. I was disappointed with that statement because I had tried to explain to you that your vehicle really does not have that many windows and they would not be very visible to your audience like a full wrap or even a partial wrap would be. I also explained to you all of the downsides of window perf graphics mainly, that they have a one year outdoor life expectancy and they are succeptible to damage with OR without laminate but laminate also has its limitations. The limitations of gloss laminate on window perf is 1) It is more rigid and harder to install so there could be more problems during the install process 2) The laminate leaves small bubbles underneath in small areas but over time those go away but the biggest reason I do not recommend laminate is it 3) Will start to shrink from the vinyl edges and will pull up on the corners more easily and is harder to see through. He understood these but still insisted on ordering window perf with gloss laminate despite my attempted recommendations. Even during the design process of the window perf I showed ************** a total of 3 different designs for the window perf only graphics and in the end he approved a 'white background only' with his un-modified logo for the side windows and the rear window with a custom wrapped side piece in black carbon fiber vinyl. The only thing that was designed custom was the rear lower portion glass that has the phone number and website. He finally approved everything for production on and made his payment for the graphics on 3/10. We scheduled him in for the installation on Friday 3/22 and even though I don't open until 10 am I agreed to make special accommodations for him and would be there early so we could start at 8:30 am. ************** sends me a text on 3/18 and asks if I could fit him in to do the install on 3/19 because his Friday is filling up. Although that is short notice I agreed and we both mutually agreed that he would drop his vehicle off to my shop for installation. The install took well over 4 hours and was without any normal issues just took some extra time and care because of the gloss laminate. When I texted ************** to let him know his vehicle was completed and ready for pickup he sounded very enthusiastic and said 'Great! We are on our way!" I sat and waited for the customers to get there as I had prior arrangements. As soon as he pulled up to the car he hesitantly stayed in his wife's car and did not get out. I thought that was sort of odd it left me wondering why he wasn't getting out but finally ************** gets out of his car and walks up to me and says 'has an issue with the quality of the install' I listened to his concerns and reluctantly told him whatever you're not happy with I can redo for you. I apologized to ************** that he felt that the install was done poorly but I used a laser level on both sides so it is really just relative with the angle of his vehicle that the lettering looks so crooked but I agreed to redo the panel no problem. His wife then proceeded to call him to the back of the vehicle, while sitting inside her car, and whispered something into his ear. He then agreed with her and says to me 'O ya and the back of the phone number is not center to the car.' I really could not agree with this statement as again I think it was commercially acceptable. I explained to him that If he was not happy with this part of the graphics I would also redo them but it would need to be done a little differently involving contour-cutting. As I was explaining to ************** what this process was his wife was making snide remarks and gestures from her vehicle to where I could hear and finally I asked her if she has something she wanted to say about everything. That was received by 'Well Ya I just don't think any of it looks good." And I asked her to explain what she means by that. She proceeds to get out of her car and starts complaining about the rear window perf and the distance between the edge of the print and the edge of the glass and how it is 'not straight' and then starts to complain about 'the distance between the letters and the logo' and says 'look at all this white space!' But in reality this is the exact logo that they designed themselves. I explained that I had no problem reprinting whatever windows they were unhappy with but I wasn't going to redo the rear window because there was nothing wrong with it. They asked for the gloss laminate and I tried to warn them this is what happens with gloss laminate. I then waited to hear back from ************** the next day to see if he wanted to get the windows reordered with or without laminate but instead was met with a threat of 'we want a full refund or else' email. I did nothing to their logo to modify it. If they were unhappy with the logo and the way it looked they should get a better designer. I designed multiple concepts of logos for them during the vehicle wrap design process and they would approve/then revise them/then not approve the concepts I showed. Truth be told ************** was showing too many people the concepts and taking too many peoples' opinions into consideration but really the only one that mattered was his own. This gentleman can not make decisions on his own. In the end this customer, *********************** and his wife are completely OCD and probably off their medication and should probably seek outside help from a licensed physician before trying to threaten and slander my name. He never listened to any of my recommendations throughout this process and always acted like he knew more than me even though I'm the one with the experience in this field. If anyone ever tries to work with his company, beware he will always try to sound like the more educated human whether it be in person or technologically.Customer Answer
