  Driveway is cracked happened a day after I moved in, they never fixed it under warranty just filled with caulk which is not correct and now is worst. Never sent inspector for 1 year touch *** just had me tell them what was wrong then i had to get with sub contractors to fix them and none of the repairs held up. caulk is coming apart and cracking weeks later they did not use correct caulk around the sink and its coming up again. The floor wasnt put in correctly and they tried to fix it but still not right and the installer will not come fix it. the original installer got fired and the new guy doesn't want to deal with it but he's the only person who can do it under warranty. Paid to have generator prep done had a installer come look at it they put the wrong gas meter in and didnt wire in the switch for the generator. they claim they had it done right but its not so idk if they are just scamming me or ignorant but a professional generator installer would know better than some pencil pusher that is supposed to make these corrections.

  Summer of ******************** new home. Ac ran continuously and would not cool to ******************************************************** it was the humidity!Summer 2023. Same issues lot less humidity. Called installer no call back. Not surprised. Called another HVAC company plus did my own research and found the ac unit to be too small for our square footage. Called Project manager he said he had our back and agreed with us he also talked to competitor company and agreed unit to small. PM had the energy company that builder uses to come and test our home again. Their findings say unit is correct size per the American standards for heating and ac association. Was told to set my thermostat at 75 degrees per standards. Nope Im not doing that. The units BTUs are less than my square footage making the unit over exert itself to try and cool my home which it cant keep up. 1 ton of ac removes ***** btus of heat. Take square footage multiple by *************************************** tonnage. Not that difficult to figure out. As of yet no one is taking responsibility for this. Now I will have to fix this myself. Use caution with builder and its contractors.

  Was talked into a spec homes. Premium price house but basic materials used. Many promises made and no follow through. When brought given room around or lies. Told owner trumped decisions. Then there was damage, brick not completed, and brick was painter and already wearing before loan process was competed. I have friends and family in construction in diffent fields. Told they were wrong and they were right when issues and what would cause future issues were pointed out. Then landscaping was awful. Asked for allowance amount and itemized booking from landscaper. Told they don't get one. That's suspicious. Then when everything was addressed by email given diffent story. Would be given to me after move in. I can go on and on. Lost escrow. Told it was off market but for sale sign was never taken out of yard. Never once said pending... hmm wish I was warned! Should have looked at reviews on BBB.

  I spent 4 months with this builder just to be given a run around. They had my generic floor plans and budget from day 1. We spent 5 meetings, 4 months, property walks and a pencil whipped property inspection, and 2 days of open houses. Finally ready to get the ball rolling we drove 1 hour for them to tell us we are 200k over budget prior to lot loan and lot prep. I wasted a lot of time and money for these guys dance me around a ring. I met with a different builder the following week, and had more accomplished in a 2hr meeting than 4 months with these guys. Not to mention they seemed unorganized and seemed not to care about a single home contract. They have neighborhoods they are more focused on, they don't need the small man to slow them down. I recommend everyone else, to find other builders and not waste time like I had to. There's plenty other builders willing to take care of you, large and small.
