    Employee showed up unannounced to start trenching in a fiber internet line through our yard and to our house. Issue #1 he didn't knock and let us know what was going on and get permission to do what he was doing. #2 He had no utility locates done, to legally be doing what he was going to do. When questioned he said he knew where everything was. So I asked which side of the house does the gas service go, he of course, could not tell me. I informed him I also have an electric line running from my house to my shed he would have hit. Problem #3 he was going to trench half the line in my neighbors yard. He said this was utility easement, I explained the utility easement runs parallel with the road, not through our yards. This guy definitely would have fooled most people and unfortunately and probably has. This is absolutely terrible business, and I would hate for some unsuspecting single mom or elderly having do deal with unforseen issues when ordering internet.

    We have been waiting since Sept 22 to get fiber optic cables buried. We were told by the internet company they were supposed to have completed this on Sept 27. We need this work done asap, as we cannot mow half of our yard since the cable is going across it.

    We just received this ticket to **** from the company.  The delay is not the fault of Precision Utilities Group, Inc.   This drop is expected to be buried Monday morning.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, assuming they show up on Monday as they stated
