    In December 2021 I signed up for internet with baseline internet. I was told at that time that service can & would be provided to me and that the service was currently being installed in my area. I was not give enough a time frame at that time due to the weather. I waited patiently throughout the winter and when spring came I decided to reach out to baseline regarding my internet service. I was told they were currently working in my area and it shouldnt be long. Approximately 1 month goes by and I reach out again to baseline and was told that they would be installing my area in 2wks. I again waited patiently and after another month went by I again reached out to baseline. This time I was told that since I was the only one on my street that was interested in internet they felt it was just to costly for them to give me service. The problem I have with this is baseline has maintained all along that I could get service ( they even went as far as to boar for the service and put up boxes but have not ran the fiber yet) but yet almost a year later and I have nothing from this company. I have given them money ($1) sign up fee in December 2021. I dont feel that I have been treated fairly and they are currently running fiber to customers less than 1 mile from me. I also feel very mislead and I feel they shouldnt be aloud to deny me service just because Im the only one on my street. They advertised to me and was told I could get internet from them, thank you

    Customer started service with ********************** Internet on August 25, 2022 and is very satisfied with the service. Please see attachment. Could the complaint disappear now? It has been over a year since that occurred.
