    Hello we purchased the **************** Pappa Zero 3 High Chair. The side of the chair has broken and now it no longer stays in-place. We have tried to reach out to the customer service a few times but no one is responding. Requesting you to please help.

    We received an email from the customer on 7/15/2024 and we responded on 7/17/2024.  We have not received a response from the customer.  We will contact the customer by phone.

    Received a damaged product. Provided photos emails as instructed. Long process and after initial indication they could replace damage piece, informed me this was not covered under warranty and they could do nothing. Also had the gall to tell me the component was not crucial. The product was advertised as portable and without this piece its not portable. That counts as an importanr piece, the customer agent does not know their own product. When i asked for a resolution promptly hung up on me. Finally got a call back and they provided nothing just told me to go back to ****** to figure it out. For a product that I did not damage and arrived defective. The component that was broken was cheap plastic as well, terrible design. I had to buy another car seat to take on vacation as a result and am now out over $300 due to this product I can't use for its intended purpose.

    Hello,

    The product is under warranty.  The concern is the part that is damaged is not a part that can be replaced.  Our call center is for parts and service after the sale.  Originally the representative that was working with the customer thought it was a part that could be sent.  This representative is new and learned the part couldn't be sent and had to reach back out to the customer to explain.  Due to the fact we did not sell the product direct to the consumer we had to refer the consumer back to the retailer where the purchase was made for a refund/exchange.
