      I went to this business to get wedding gown alterations.They did the fitting and I was told that I would receive a call from the owner with the cost of the alterations.***** calls me the same day, and tells me it would be $65 but would offer half off discount if I paid in full that same day.I told her that sounds very cheap and I don't mind paying the full price, I even told her to charge $80 to include the tip, she declined the $80 and said she doesn't accept tips until job is completed. I later receive a bank notification of a $650 charge. I immediately called them back and ask if that was a mistake in their end, to which she tells me $650 was correct, I emphasized "six, five, zero?" She says yes.My aunt then calls in for further clarification, and let's her know that would I would actually like the half off discount that she offered on the first call, confirms again that ! would receive half off and confirmed the ***** price of $325. I received the refund of $325. I go in for a final fitting to which the owner says I still owe $325, to my confusion I explained l've already paid in full. She says no, I still owe. I explained she should be better at communication and provide detailed receipts and bills.The owner ***** then proceeds to hold my dress and tell me that she can just remove all the alterations from my dress and return it to the way I brought it in, extremely rude. I paid the $325 to receive my dress but the way they conduct their business and unprofessionalism is not okay.There is a language barrier which is okay, but they agreed to what I was saying when I was confirming pricing, repeating the number back to them and they confirmed "yes". This is not $650 worth of alterations, my wedding is 9 days away. Respectfully, do not give this place your business.
