Refund and Exchange Policy
Signature Supply is committed to providing the simplest, hassle free returns policy for our customers. We will accept returns of new merchandise, provided they remain in the original packaging, for a period of 120 days after purchase. To return merchandise under these conditions, please contact the customer care team for a return authorization number [email protected] or at 317.543.0000. Once this authorization number is obtained, returned merchandise can then be shipped directly to our Fishers, Indiana warehouse or picked up by an authorized Signature Supply driver at a future new product delivery date. Freight charges are non-refundable when merchandise is returned and a return freight charge may apply.
While we strive to provide the easiest returns policy possible, particular items may not be returnable. These items include all custom orders and pre-fabricated products.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notate the damaged items to the driver upon delivery. If items are found to be damaged or defective after the initial delivery date, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange for delivery of a replacement item. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to our Customer Care team within 30 days of purchase.
If you find your order has been delivered with shortages or fulfillment errors, please contact our customer care team within five days of the order date to report missing items or fulfillment errors.
