    I wish I could give 1/10 of a star. My mother hired this company to fix some things on her camper. She waited several months for them to come out. A few hours before they were supposed to show, they rescheduled for later in the evening. Which whatever, things happen. But the man who showed up was arrogant and really made my mom feel like she was an inconvenience. He was cursing, talking about his ex wife, amongst other unprofessional vulgarity. Being that my mom lost her husband not long ago, this was a difficult call to make since my dad took care of the things of this nature. The man didnt have the parts needed to fix the furnace and said his wife would call to reschedule. There was no communication after that appointment. Fast forward a few weeks to today - My brother was taking the furnace apart and the man just so happened to show up without warning. No one knew who this man was and my mom wasnt at her camper. My husband attempted to get some clarification as to who he was and what he needed, but the guy didnt want to explain himself which caused more inappropriate words to be exchanged. He fortunately stormed off and left. Then proceeded to call, badger, and curse at my mom on the phone then sent a nasty text message with comments like lmfao and you need to get your people under control. They were unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful to my elderly widowed mother. Real class act.
