      My company has been working with Dexter for the past 5+ years. Throughout these 5+ years we have lost tens of thousands of dollars to Dexter. The majority of these losses are due to orders not shipping. Dexter charges distributors in advance and then simply does not ship their merchandise the majority of the time. Many times Dexter will ship incomplete orders. It is impossible to contact anyone at Dexter that is willing to help with any issue. Every Dexter employee and corporate officer that I have personally contacted over the years has done absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. I struggled to reach the most senior corporate officer that I could find and contact. I have no additional means to reach anyone higher up in the corporate office. My company has filed so many chargebacks against Dexter over the past 5 years that they refuse to file any further chargebacks. My bank manager instructed me to "seek a more honest and reputable company to do business with", and then offered me their own attorney and suggested that I seek legal action against Dexter. Unfortunately my clients still expect to receive their Dexter products from us, and we are now dependent on them. I received my most recent order from Dexter, and it was short by approximately 50% of the product. I have been unable to reach anyone at Dexter to resolve this issue despite the (6) emails and voicemails sent over the past several days. Their remedy is to simply ignore their customers until they finally give up on the issue. I cannot believe this company is allowed to operate in this manner, and it is even more shocking that Dexter has been able to keep their merchant account open. If this type of activity persists I feel sure that ***** MasterCard, Amex, and Discover will remove their ability to charge customers very soon.
