    I was told 3 different prices for cheer camp. I signed a form (per their rules) that my child would not be able to do but 1.5 months because she was going to be in summer school and summer camp at her school. The company gives no receipts and no copies of your signed documents. It has been a horrific experience. The company is trying to put derogatory remarks on my credit. My child only went three times and they are trying to charge me over $250. I talked to owner. She was rude and advised that she has the final say so over her employees. Please don't make the same mistake. Obtain everything in writing and get receipts. If you trust the company with your child, you would assume that you could trust them with your money. No assumptions with them.

    We took a deep dive into your account after seeing your review. Every patron here must agree to policies before we allow them to participate here in Midwest. We see here that you agreed to all policies that were upheld by our Midwest Staff on April 11, 2023, at 6:53 am. These policies are available for you to view 24/7 from access in your parent portal account, as well as a copy emailed to the email address that you provided upon registration completion. We are sorry that you are disappointed, however, we do have a high standard when upholding our policies. We hope to get your account settled, and have your daughter back in class soon.

    My parent portal was taken down after this situation. Midwest will not talk with me. I will not be sending my daughter back there nor will I refer anyone. Their comment to BBB is a blatant lie. Though, it is okay. They cannot continue to treat clients like this and be successful at business.
