      My 7-year-old child was physically assaulted while attempting to play in one of your indoor inflatable centers! The place reeked of ******** had to step in & demand to see the aggressor's parents who grabbed & punched my child. I caught the punk grabbing my child by his collar, pushing him into a corner & pinning him in there while attempting to punch him in the ************ The ONE worker there told me that the parent of the other kid was there in the past always causing trouble...then WHY was she allowed to come back there to continue to harass other children & where were any other workers there to prevent hooligans like this from going around assaulting small kids at a bouncy house?!? Thankfully the cops were called, they apologized on her behalf & the whole (ignorant) family was asked to leave, but we are NEVER returning to this place! I will not stand by & watch my kid get beat up so that you people can make a buck!

      We're deeply sorry for the distressing experience you and your child had at our location. The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities, and we take incidents like these very seriously. It's important to note that the child involved has never shown this level of aggression toward others before. The entire family has been banned from ever coming to our store again. We're grateful that law enforcement was able to assist, but we understand that this situation has understandably led to a loss of trust in our establishment. Please accept our sincerest apologies, and we completely respect your decision not to return. Regarding the smell of marijuana, unfortunately we are not able to police what our customers do outside of our facility. If there's anything further we can do to address this matter, please don't hesitate to reach out.
