  Sailrite is the best, I order all of my supplies from them. I never had an issue with them or the quality of their merchandise. I have the ****1 and I love that machine.

  They have very poor customer service I ordered two different orders a day apart the first order never came I called them and they was very rude said its not there problem and I had call shipping company but shipping company will only talk to sailrite so I lost that money, the other order arrived very poor quality the sides was cut short so I couldnt use a full yard I called them again they wouldnt help BUYERS BEWARE

  There is an open support case still actively being addressed for your order. One order was delivered to your porch, which you received. We have not been informed of an issue with this order. If there is please contact us immediately so we can review it. The key is to make sure you got the full yardage ordered and any roughly cut edge is well outside of the actual amount ordered. For the lost order we have a photo from ***** showing it delivered to your mailbox. And as you have already stated you got this photo also, and a notice that it arrived. We are told by ***** that it was not delivered to the house likely because the driver was weary of the "No Trespassing" sign right next to the mailbox. But you are correct that they have a duty to deliver to the door. They will not make good on the likely "stolen" box but Sailrite will. I believe you have already been notified that a replacement is on the way. We suggest covering your no trespassing sign until the package is delivered.   As always customer service and products are great. Orders are always delivered on time. Love the basting tape and assortment of threads. I also have a Fabricator and it is the best machine. I wouldn't trade it for any other machine.

  Loved making the large tote bag. Followed the very detailed step by step video. Bag came out perfect & learned new sewing methods. Making a second bag from my own fabric. Took the time to type out instrction from the video.

  Great experience with online order. I needed the original die replacements for the Press and Snap and it was easy, and fast shipping to my door. I do odd jobs with these as well as Dot Fasteners and this is the best set up for my needs. Im happy.

  Purchased ************** Pack. I received it in good time. Installation was a breeze. My son was using it that evening. I was repairing my old jeans the next day. Now I can't wait to see what my daughter who sews leather thinks of it with the smooth foot set.

  Works amazing, better than the seam tape I got at a local fabric store, sticks so good on upholstery fabric. Came in very fast too. However, I only gave it 4 stars because is has a really strong smell. I could smell it the minute I tore open the packaging. I thought it was the packaging but it is the tape itself. Every time I open the drawer where I store it, it stinks up my sewing room. Since it only smells when I open the drawer I can live with that as it is a great product.

  We replaced the fabric in our pergola, and it looks totally awesome! The quality appears very good, and the colors compliment my house. Love it! ??
