    We had Ace of Trades replace our roof last year and a couple of their employees stepped through our kitchen and garage ceiling. We told them immediately what happened. They said they would fix it at no cost to us. The roof was finished and we waited for someone to repair the ceilings. Months went by and after many phone calls someone came out to fix the ceilings. The garage ceiling was fixed but the kitchen ceiling was only half finished. He said he would return to finish the ceiling in a couple of weeks. I believe that was in October, it has been so long ago I have forgotten the exact date. He has never returned to finish the job. My husband and I tried to called Ace of Trades multiple times and no one answers phone. We have left message after message and no one returns our phone calls.

    We have fixed the issue since this complaint was made. Also ********* told me today that she spoke with someone at BBB about this being resolved a few weeks back. The only response I have for the original delay is that we were unable to schedule a time with them to be let inside due to scheduling conflicts. We finally did however, and the ceiling has been repaired.

    Our ceiling has still not been completed finished. They came about 3 to 4 weeks ago and started to work on in but never finished it. After a few hours of working on it they said they had to leave and would come back on Monday to finish and paint. That was about 3-4 weeks ago! 
    My husband and I have taken off work 3 times now to get this work finished! Not sure when they are coming back if ever.

    My husband and I have taken off work 3 times now to get this work finished! Not sure when they are coming back if ever.
