      I bought a vehicle on December 31st 2024. Had it 1 day, it stopped on me on the highway. It was toad, it was analyzed, has a bad engine. I paid two thousand dollars down and now they don't want to give me my money back

      This place should be shut down and never to have any business ever again they sell junk cars and over charge you and don't want to do anything but rip people off.

      I also have a family emergency and asked to defer payment for the first time. I was told to let it go delinquent...what sense does that make?? I called 8 days in advance to be proactive. Please do something about these scammrrs!!!! This should be illegal. I have never been told to mess up my credit by getting behind.

      This place needs to be shut down there crooked in professional dane is the worst they are taking people's hard working money to supposedly fix cars n they don't but they sure do charge you they aren't helpful at dane is extremely rude something needs to be done they can't keep taking people's money n not fixing nothing

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They refused to sell to me because after waiting 1 hour for my already rescheduled appt I DARED say to the RUDEST manager I've ever met that I was irritated at the wait n GIVING INFO ID GIVEN HIM PREVIOUSLY! Proceeded to laugh at me...encouraged his staff to also not sell to me n called the cops on me because I said I guess ill go to carmax as I was walking out. I took a **** ************ rescheduled my appointment for 11am...when it was originally for 1pm....they finally brought me into give info already provided at 12:18 n because I was irritated Meta ran me out of the ************** had 3g to put down on a car today. They do not care about the customer.

      !!!BUYER BEWARE!!! READ THIS REVIEW AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE:I had a terrible experience at ******. The salesmen, specifically ***** were incredibly condescending and kept passing me back and forth between them, making the entire process frustrating and unprofessional. I was passed back and forth between three salesmen who kept me there for over 2 hours to try and wear me down into buying a car at a price so high, it was offensive. They tried to sell me a car that was only worth $5,000 AT MOST for an outrageous $13,000 and refused to budge on the price. When I expressed discomfort with the payments, they had the audacity to show me a car priced at nearly $15,000, insisting I could "afford it" and claiming they werent just selling me a car but "the opportunity to build my credit, as if showing me a more expensive car was going to seal the deal. Even after all of that, **** decided it would be appropriate to tell me They shouldnt have even approved your loan, as if they were doing me a favor. They are extremely predatory towards people with damaged credit. DO NOT put yourself so ridiculously upside-down in your vehicle before youve even driven it off the lot, that will be such an expensive mistake. When I didnt buy, they texted me to try and get me back into the store and promised they would keep an eye on their inventory for me to find a vehicle I was more comfortable with. After not hearing ANYTHING for three weeks, I got a text stating THEY had not heard from ME, and wanted to know if I was still interested in purchasing. *********. This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

      I called 2 weeks ago to ask for an extension on my vehicle, due to a family emergency, I was told there was nothing they could if I couldn't give them a payment. I tried trading the vehicle 2010 ***** cx9 and I was informed that I was being charged above the legal rate in ************ for a used car which 21 percent and 10 for new cars. I'm at *****. I mentioned it to the representative and nothing. They call my phone anywhere from 2-10 times daily along with emails from several different people. The vehicle was ***** at purchase in 2020 why do I still owe 6000 at 430 an month? Representatives are rude unprofessional and inappropriate.

      I bought a car and up to this point I loved byrider but my car needed a part so they put in a after market part the fuel module so it needed programmed by the dealer I was quoted 286 so it goes to dealer the come back like u cant use a aftermarket part its going to be another $703 which Im on disability I dont have that kinda money so Im outta of a car for 3 weeks now till I get the money this isnt fair to me at all their services department is sketchy

      This is the worst finance company to ever finance a car with you can be on track with your payment and run into a financial issue and they wanna repo ur car for one payment. The day of the payment being do its NOT even afternoon yet and there calling for the payment there horrible pathetic a disgrace.

      Baught a car not even a week come out would not start transmission slipping was told not under warranty told them to cancel the contract now they put a repression on my credit and the manager tried not to give me back my belongings seeing how they came and got it an hour after I got off the phone and no payment was due not to mention how they called my family to have them remind me when my payment was due in a few days this place is a scam
