On December 12,2023 I ordered ******************************** from Cabin king table pads.Spoke to a male who advised me pads are customed made and would take at least 6 weeks to order. Order confirmation attached. I paid $265 for pads with coupon, also attached. Coupon received in coupon mailer in December. I called in late January and was told pads would be another week or two. They did not arrived. I have left voice mail messages several times to NO avail. To date NO table pads or response from company. I wonder if it was just a rip off. Not a good way to do business. Fraud at its best. Would like to have full money refund. Thank you for your consideration and help in this matter.Initial Complaint

On January 24, 2024, I ordered a custom wooden table extender pad and provided a credit card paying the full purchase price of $550.00. I asked repeatedly for an email with receipt, but did not receive it. My card was immediately charged the full amount. I have made numerous calls, and sent emails with no response from the sales person, **** or the company. No one answers their customer service number, ************. Im not sure what further option I have to recover the money spent or at minimum to prevent this potential scam from hurting others.Initial Complaint

We place an order for a table pad with the understanding it would arrive by Christmas. We continued to get emails to that effect. It did not arrive. We agreed that the would ship the pad Feb 1st. It has nor arrived and I can no longer get a response.Initial Complaint

Ipurchased a table pad extender from Cabin King table pads and it arrived the night before I needed ,in 4 pieces without the interlocking pieces to put it together. My husband and I spent 4 hours and 250 $ making table legs and bolts to hold it together so that we could use it. Each piece was also damaged on arrival all edges were broken as it was poorly packaged for deliver.y I have reached out multiple time to the company both by e mail and by phone and including pictures of the condition of the pads on arrival. I have not heard anything back from them .Customer Answer

I ordered this product a pad for my table on October 18, 2023. They stated it could take up to 8 weeks. I called the the end of November to check on the delivery date. When they finally answered my call they stated the product had some issues and it would be sent out the next week. When it did not come I tried to call them again after staying on the phone almost an hour I left a message and have not heard from them since. I would like my money back and hope that no one else get scammed like this again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a table pad on Oct 3rd and was assured I would receive before Thanksgiving(its supposed to be a 6 week turn around). Communication with the sales manager has been difficult. After I reached out to confirm when I would receive my order I was told it will be shipped with a tracking in the next couple of days. Tracking and order never received. I left numerous messages weeks ago. No one has ever called me back. **** the sales manager finally did email me back saying he thought it shipped and he would find out. Several days later after I emailed him again he replied that there was a problem with the material and that my order would be made and shipped out that week. That was last week. Still no further word from them. No tracking, no response to my email asking when it will ship. Their website says click here for a live customer service representative. No one ever answers except **** occasionally will answer if he feels like it. I want my product but feel like I will never receive it and why such horrible communication and customer service. No one seems to care. Very frustrating experience. Please help.
