    We had our 2016 Dodge Challenger RT **** Pack repaired at ************************ Shop in ******** *****. Hyperquest is the company *********** uses for Repair Claims on vehicle accidents. I dropped off the car March 3rd and picked the car up on April 15th. Dealing with Hyperquest was a nightmare. The body shop sent them pictures of the damaged parts and estimates a few times and the agent said he never received them. They wanted the shop to take the car apart and see what needed to be repaired and then put the car back together give it back to me and order parts and then me return the car after the parts came in so they didn't have to pay for a rental. Upon tearing the car apart they discovered so many missing and damaged parts they said the car was completely unsafe to drive and the front end could come off if they put everything back on and did not recommend driving it until everything was replaced and fixed. This really upset Hyperquest as they didn't want to pay for a rental while waiting for all the parts to arrive. They stated that they needed to find used parts from salvage yards to fix my car. I still have warranty on the car and putting used parts on it would void my warranty. After all the parts came in and the car was repaired they sent the **** to hyperquest and while talking to the body shop about the cost of parts and labor the hyperquest agent refused to pay the shop for the parts and told them " Well that your problem now!" and hung up on them. Hyperquest stuck the cost of the parts on the shop!!!!!! *********** tried to intervene and wanted Hyperquest to pay for the vehicle parts but Hyperquest is refusing to pay the shop for those parts stating they were suppose to put used parts back on my Challenger.
