      I wish I can give Gallagher and Bassett a million minus stars Gallagher and Bassett is a horrible company FedEx truck hit my parked car didn’t report it been trying to contact adjust no answer was told to go to location rolling meadow Illinois I did to submit phone and video front desk employee called a lady she came out with a man he told immediately said, leave the premises I’m trespassing nobody in that building can help me that was headquarter building don’t have adjuster there. He was very rude and unprofessional did not once try to assist me and I’m handicap as well I wish they can look at the video footage from that building. I was in the building for about less than five minutes. On 3/5/2025 about 11:20 am Josephine Hinojosa is the adjuster she closed the claim without fully investigating I’ve called numerous times no one has reached out to me she nor her supervisor I left messages for supervisors to contact me back they documented in the system that they will be escalating, but they haven’t called yet. I called Ms. Josephine the beginning of February. She told me since I didn’t have video footage or anything. I did have a witness though and she did talk to the witness that snapped the FedEx plate number and gave it to me when I came home, but that was not enough for her. I talked to several of my neighbors. I got video footage of him getting out of the truck right by my car inspecting the truck it’s a mistake man up and pay. It becomes an integrity issue on that employee. No packages were delivered and the surrounding areas of my home.

      Canceled insurance last July 2024 when truck was sold. They keep billing and will not cancel insurance. Now they are trying to bill us for the coming year. Would not recomend. Very upsetting.

      Gallagher Bassett I wish I can give a zero star I had a work injury they sent me to they orthopedic they orthopedic lift my arms and than go say there is nothing wrong with me I will be seeking a attorney to handle this matter Im still in pain it hurts to lift things

      Gallagher Bassett represents ************************(*****************************) I stepped in a concert hole in front of ********************** in ************, ** at *********** apartments. I fractured all five toes, two break and shattered my heel Agent ******** ***** told me to use my personal insurance and he will throw me something later I obtained an attorney which Mr ***** acknowledged with an letter stating the policy had a 2million dollar coverage for the property I have a s**** in my fifth toe and a plate in my foot The attorney sent out a settlement letter for $800,000 and Mr ***** refuses to return calls or emails he ignores the communication I have filled a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner to get him to do his job Im in pain daily and have loss two jobs related to these injuries because when I sit for long periods my foot hurts, if I walk for more than ten minutes pain This company should be ashamed Im 56 years old black woman I believe this is racial discrimination If I was a white ********************************************************************************** Throw you something latter I had to use my personal insurance to cover surgery and medication ****** *******

      A fedex driver drove over and got stuck in my yard where my drain field is causing $3,475 worth of damage. Ive had standing sewage water from my septic in my yard since the incident October 5th. Why is this insurance company telling me that I have to come out of pocket and pay $875 towards the bill when their client is the one that caused the damage?!? ***** ******, the ** of ***** in *********** has not been helpful in the least! He never reported the damage and ignored my calls and texts for a week after he got the estimate from the septic company. He only returned our call, talking trash to my husband, AFTER he found out that I called ***** and reported the incident. Now Im getting transferred to all kinds of people at Gallagher Basset because their adjuster assessed the damage came at $3,600 and change (which is over the estimate I got from the septic company to fix it) They only want to pay $2,698 leaving me to pay $777 towards their mistake! Make it make sense. I was told on Monday to wait 48 hours for Gallagher Basset supervisor, ******* ******, to call me back when Ive already been way more patient than most people would have been with having sewage in their yard for a MONTH. She never returned my call and I had to have someone at ***** personally get a hold of her. She still refuses to pay the entirety of the estimate to fix the damage. Instead she is saying she will only give cash value of my septic which she is dating back to when the house was built in 2006!!! I even went as far as to get other estimates hoping someone would come close to what they are willing to pay but instead was given one for $4,000! It has been over a month that *** had standing sewage in my yard due to their negligence and having them tell me to pay $777 towards their bill to fix what THEY BROKE is crazy! At this point I should just go see an attorney because they are all useless.

      Their insured hit me on August 2 2024. In two months I have minimal communication. Almost all communication has been initiated by a phone call or email by me. I have also been directed to three different people to handle one claim. I started working with ***** who only responded after a phone call. ***** then left the firm and her out of office pointed me to ******. ****** did not reassign the claim until I called and emailed multiple times. Then the claim was reassigned to ****** who was also slow to respond. There is now a delay with the repair of a few days and they are questioning the repair shop and the rental car time. The ONLY time they have proactively followed up has been to make this whole mess more work for us.

      The only reason they get a star is because they make me give them one. Slow to respond. Slow to send checks weekly. Stop checks whenever they want even with a judge telling them they have to continue to pay it. I settled with them in July still waiting for a check and its almost October. They dont care they are messing a familys life. Im on the verge of losing my house because they havent paid me yet.

      Their insured hit me on July 11 2024. In two months I have minimal communication.One phone call and a one sentence email. They do not return calls or answer emails. They did not follow up and perform the items they said they would do to settle my claim. At this point I am extremely frustrated. Also I believe they are in violation of some items in the state of Indiana insurance code regarding treatment of claimants.

      I have been emailing, calling and even sent a fax asking for an update regarding my liability claim for Five Below store incident - my adjuster has not called me back. This company has horrible customer service. You call the customer service **** and they say they do not know anything that all the info has to come from the adjuster. *** says adjuster will call you back in 48 hrs but you never get a call. I have loss wages and just need a call.
