They would not make an appointment without looking at the order. They do have walk-in service. When I went I was told the order was too old, Dr. had put me on meds and wanted to recheck labs 2 months later. After I called my doctor and got that taken care of I was told theres ***** fee to collect my blood. I was told that insurance doesnt pay this. I have full coverage and have NEVER had to pay this charge. Needless to say, I told them to forget it! Have been a nurse for over ********************************************************************************* collecting a fee that is exempt from insurance coverage! BEWARE!

Please note that we are a private collection facility and as a result, do not **** insurance directly. Through our third-party providers we are able to expand our services to provide collections for those looking to use private health insurance however, our collection services are considered out of network and do require a collection cost. This covers the cost of the draw and all costs associated with testing the sample are billed to private insurance. Our clients take advantage of this opportunity when looking for a facility with superior and flexible service. We pride ourselves on being that option for many individuals.
