5 starsFirst time home owner, first time getting flooring. ****** Empire **** was wonderful. Very helpful, patient with all our questions, went thru all options and price points. One thing you will learn about empire is they do not hold true to there warranty repair and blame everything on something but the job that was completed I had Flooring installed in 2022 and it started to come up off the ground. They blamed a chair that was in the vicinity of the picture as the reason behind the flooring coming up. Made no Sense at all. I would 100% stay away from this company from installing anything at all. There is no warranty when its complete its all yours to figure out yourself. I had thought about adding vinyl flooring by this same company until I got this sour taste about there warranty's.Empire Today, LLC

I had Empire put LVP vinyl flooring throughout my house a little over 1 year ago, and I already have vinyl planks lifting up in the middle of my living room. Unfortunately, it's been a real struggle to get Empire to come check out the situation, and adhere to the warranty provided. Someone was supposed to come by on Saturday to check it out, but that resulted in a no call, no show, so I'm still fighting to get someone to address the situation.Empire Today, LLC

I haven't had my floors installed yet. But so far the process as been seamless. The ***************** showed up on time with tons of samples. He did a great job explaining the process and different floor types, professionally measured with a lazer and priced the job accurately. We chose the Deerfield enginered Hardwood. We are looking foward to having our new floors installed.Empire Today, LLC

The entire experience was not bad which is why I am rating a "2". The person showing the carpet was very pleasant and really wanted to help us. The person on the phone that the consultant called was awesome because she was able to give us some discounts. The carpet installation date was scheduled within 2 weeks which was great. We ordered a pattern carpet for our 30X20 room where we have a lot of family parties and a lot of traffic flows through however, we did ask for a quote for entire house because I wanted to get the rest done within the next several months since carpet has gotten pricy since the last time, I got floors done. The installers came on a Saturday, and they were very nice and professional. They brought the carpet in which was very nice but when they brought the padding in, I noticed that it was not the one that I ordered. I wanted the one with plastic on it that was to help with spills because like I said earlier this room was for our family parties and a lot of people will be utilizing this room. The nice installers told me that they could come back tomorrow with the correct product, and I was just fine with that. He came back in after making a call to his supervisor and the supervisor told me that if they did this then I would have to sign a waiver, and it would void the warranty of the carpet because this padding was the only padding that the manufacturer allows with the carpet. That should have been relayed to me before the installation day. I felt that I had no choice but to let them install it because I needed the warranty. I called Empire and after going back and forth with them, they would only give me the difference between the price of the padding and refused to do anything for me because I will have to live with the product that I did not want. With that said, I will not be spending my hard-earned money on the rest of the house with Empire. I feel like once they got my money, they did not care what happened next.Empire Today, LLC

Empire knew I had a half round fireplace and put the floor down and didnt put the trim. The installer said someone would call me but nobody did. The salesman said any problem call **** ****** he gave me a one eight hundred number . Nobody ever helps me with this problem . I wish someone would call me.Empire Today, LLC

My wife and had them install carpet in our stairwell to our finished basement and they left gaps between the stairs and the wall that were not there before their installation!!! I can now put 3/4 of my hand into the gaps I contacted Empire and they stated it was my problem now!!! I would not recommend them to anyone as they DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY INDIFFERENT AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOW OUR PROBLEM NOT THEIRS!!! They created the problem now we have to fix their s**** up!!!Empire Today, LLC

It was great that they were available within 24 hours and willing to do the work quickly too.. within 48 hours. Great they will help move furniture. Kind and prompt representative. What I didnt like was that when I wanted to consider the expensive quote with my partner and then confirm an answer it seemed frowned upon. Me making a decision about an expense over 3000 shouldnt feel forced. That alone made us realize it wasnt the company for us.Empire Today, LLC
