      Devry University are horrible!! They are bait and switch all they are money grabbers. I complete the certified coding associate program the top of my class. They promised to assist me in finding employment but everywhere I applied to said I needed more college classes or previous employment experience in coding. The cost of the CCA program was ***** dollars and now the student loan people are asking for payment. I have been unable to gain employment and now am applying for disability. I have been in the medical field for 40 years as a nurse and I would have thought that this would benefit me but not the case. I am unable to meet my student loan obligations at this time as I have not been employed since March of 2020.

      Terrible customer service. Very rude and hung up on me. Plus they are fake and a scam. They offer GED and HS diploma when only the state is authorized to administer standardized testing for GED or HS equivalency. It sounds like a scam actor to me. I won't be coming back to seek information.

      Fraud, claiming I attended their school 15 years ago while I was living in another state and refuse to furnish any proof of this despite repeated requests.

      Be careful if you go to this school in person or online. When you enroll they give an estimate of what your student loan payments will be. Then 6 months after school ends Edfinance contacts you via e-mail w/a $5,0000 bill due by the following month. Way more than the $300-$500 monthly payment estimate they give you. I also had my identity stolen through a fake job offer on the LinkedIn site that DeVry recommends students use. DON'T ENROLL IN DEVRY!!!!

      They are stealing our refunds!! I've completed two sessions, four classes total with an A, and have been getting the run around about my refund. First they said it would come, then they said it'll come the beginning of the second session, now they're saying it wasn't disbursed in time. Its giving fraudulent activity.

      DeVry University has an going problem with their systems not being able to handle the number of students trying to access them. Every single class requiring me to access a server for virtual server access gave ** problems with connectivity. Deadlines were constantly missed with teachers regularly extending due dates for projects. I found reviews online going back at least 7 years that this problem is not new. This situation caused me to waste hours, especially on Sunday nights attempting to log into servers to turn in class work until I couldn't take it anymore. I now have an attorney looking into their breach of contract as DeVry has a collection agency hounding me for a full semester, when I told them I was finally done a few weeks into my last semester due to their continuous system glitches. I fo not know how there hasn't been a class action because if this yet.

      DeVry is offering and charging for courses that are not ready to be offered to students. Im finishing my last and final course at DeVry after a little over a year. The project course assignment lack correct instructions to complete them. The instructor has made videos each week to explain step by step how to complete the weekly assigned projects in simnet. I found myself having to watch the videos and copy what she was doing to be able to complete the assignment so that I could get a passing grade. The worst part of all this is that the instructor admitted that I was not imagining my complaint and that is why the weekly step by step videos were being created as a crutch for the lack of detailed instructions within the assignment. There are better Universities out there. Do your research. DeVry is actually one of the worst universities in the country based on some recent articles that were written. Here is one of them. ***********************************************************************************************

      Well where do I begin? Ill start out by when I graduated HS I met a recruiter that sold me the world... The Whole World. I bought in to the things he said and he gave papers that backed up all the job placements...etc. (which were all lies). btw this college is a joke and has so much outdated courses. I wasted over 3 years here and out of pocket money that i will never get back.BUT! The *** and multiple AG's and Even the **** of ** came down on DEVRY. So all my loans were forgiven and refunded thru borrower defense. If you went to Devry please file a borrower defense if you felt mislead.This School has new owner from prior known as ******** **U, Nothing really shows up except shady stuff... Devry will always be in it for what it is.... FOR-PROFIT!!!. Do not attend here unless you want loan Debt and a ruined future.

      Disgusted at the money grabbing tactics by Devry! An error made by Devry and the VA has resulted in charges being brought up 6 years later that was no fault of my own because it was never caught by the student accounts department. I have been double, and now triple charged for "new charges" that keep appearing and staff is unable to give me itemized statements and reasons. Additionally, have been unable to consistently reach the accounts department and the glitches on the student finance portal trigger fake charges. Stay away from this place! As a Veteran I will discourage all fellow vets in attending.
