We guarantee that if we provide a service, entertainer or entertainment; that the client must pay for it, in full. Since our performer's primary objective is to work, we and our talents take our contracts very seriously.
If a performer or entertainer fails to appear at the site and date of a signed contract or one where a verbal contract has been guaranteed with a deposit, the client's deposit and/or any money that has been prepaid, will be refunded in full.
Force Majeure: Frees both parties from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as an accident, a war, strike, riot, crime, or an event described by the legal term act of God (such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.), prevents one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract.
In the most mannerly way I can think of, please note that our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore there are no changes in time, address, changes of any kind, or Cancellations after the Thursday morning before the date, at 10:00 am.
If we notified of a cancellation within this Thursday at 10:00 am time frame, any money that has been prepaid, will be refunded in full.
With courtesy, I politely tell you that there is no phone number, cell phone number or any other device which you can call on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays to reach us or to talk to the performer.
If you must cancel, Call 800-762-8863 and speak to me live and in-person.
NEVER, NEVER TEXT OR EMAIL A CANCELLATION.
