  I started school for nursing at ATS institute of technology in January I fail one of my classes I started back I. May to retake the class I fail. Everything was going ok until now I was dismissing from the program accused of cheating on an exam I took on 6/20 I know there are cameras in the class so why would I cheat I been scoring great scores on my exams and quizzes I study make study cards and notes. They asked for a statement I gave them one. Which stated I was not looking to cheat off my classmate exam yes I looked up at the screen but I never done time recorded none of her answers because 1 I study and 2 why would I cheat myself out of my education Im paying for out of pocket. The school refused to check the scores which I scored 82% and the young lady scored a 83% which I sometimes score higher 86%. They keep insisting that I cheated saying I look at her screen students look at other students screens often I seen many things and nothing happens but I glanced up and even zoned out sometimes and I was kicked out the program when I asked the *** to check the scores and compare the answers she stated they dont do that the decision has been made which I feel is unfair to I worked really hard studying late nights to get the scores I got just to be accused of cheating which is no fair to me after I paid my monthly tuition now Im dismissed from the program over a glance at a computer screen I take my education very serious especially since Im paying out of pocket. If they would look at the scores and compare the answers they would see I didnt cheat it wouldnt came down to me being kicked out because my score was higher. Something needs to be done because its unfair the people that are really cheating they not going after them but they want to label me as cheating off somebody I help study and make notes for. I will like to be able to renter the program or have my money refunded back to me. My grade are good and its not from cheating.

  I've Request my unofficial transcript from ATS the last pass week so that I can continue with my unusual enrollment history document for the Department or Education. The first time I reached out to them to get my documents, they told me, no and that I have to pay my unpaid balance off . I did go back and forth with the administrator, letting her know about the new law made this year that schools is not allowed to hold students unofficial transcript because of unpaid balance. The administrator told me she doesn't care we are a private college and we can do what we want. After that conversation I went on parchment.com to have my unofficial transcript sent over to my school and they still haven't sent them over and that was on 4/28. All I want is my unofficial transcript and for them to stop scamming students.
