      Horrible experience. ******** customer service. I will never return. They won't admit to their mistakes and don't care about their customers.

      Used to be so good. Purchasing in *****/****** area. I have had no luck for about 7 or 8 months now. Pineapple Express was so wet it would not burn. TK91 dried out in 1 day, no potency at all and tasted like lawn clippings. High Supply is no better. I got janked on an entire OZ of dried out shake trash. Tried a 1/4 of flower twice after that, tasted like chemicals, was not mature or potent. What happened to this company? I feel like you guys owe me about $200.

      Bought 3.5 gram Creso Bagel Flower today @ Fluent in **********..When I opened it the seal was already broken an I noticed it looked short.. So I weight it 2.3 grams.. short 1.2 grams ..Creso u got a thief.. ?????..Highly ****** wasn't a cheap 1/8th..

      Got shorted almost 4 grams on my order and the worst part is the location in ******** ******** will not answer their phones no matter what options you choose.

      they will sell you unusable product and then refuse to reimburse you. i spent an entire birthday present of cash on flower and it REEKED of mold, i tried a bowl anyway to see if i was smelling it wrong and it made me sneeze, cough, have a headache and my nose started running. i brought it back to them in the same package and bag just a few days later and they refused to fix the issue. i was out a good chunk of money. i use marijuana as my primary medication and was also out my medication. they refuse reimbursement but also insisted they'd fix it by offering me a discount on future purchases. not only did i not ever want to take my chances on their weed again (i had gotten moldy mildewy weed from them several times before) but i was put off by corporate's refusal to help. Florida isn't the best place for marijuana production or storage because of how humid it is, mold will happen. but to be selling your ILL , disabled, and elderly patients weed that can make them more sick and then flat out refusing to return your money even when you have the product in front of them is not right. they are not worth risking spending money at. if you do - insist on being able to check out and smell the product before you leave the store.

      If you're lucky enough to actually get a cart in the package, (because sometimes you open the package to NOTHING inside) then you're super lucky if the cartridges aren't broken and leaking. You pay for nothing half the time.

      I was a customer until today I went in today and I was using my debit card and my total was ***** cent and they wanted to change me ***** dollars for using my card and give me back 6 dollars and some change ok for one that don't make sense why am I giving you extra money for using my card and paying all that all high taxes on the weed and some of they weed is terrible and they short you on the weed you buy so I'm telling people don't go there and this not the first problem I have other problems I will not recommend them we just got a new dispensary I going start going there.

      I thought I had bought 28g of *********************** flower at 29% THC content. I asked the Bud tender not check and he brought out a canister and showed me the label then he went back into the restricted area. When I then said it was fine, I waited a few minutes and he called me up with my order already bagged. I paid and left and didn't open the bag till 2 days later as I didn't need to open it right away. When I broke the Matter white strip seal and opened the canister it was completely empty, with cannabis dust residue as the only contents. I didn't clean anything, I wanted to let them see what they gave me. I called Sunnyside and spoke with a rep who told me to return the canister and bring the receipt. When I showed up the manager took the canister into the restricted area. then he returned he said he could not refund my money but could offer as discount. That's not what I paid for, getting an empty canister paying for it and then having to pay a second time for a discounted ounce. They failed. The store manager said to contact Matter directly, which I did by email and have not heard back anything. Unfortunately a good concept , but poorly executed. Terrible customer service.
