      I worked with tax partner *********************** and ************************* to amend my 2020 amended tax return to receive the Qualified Business Deduction. RSM incorrectly filed the return, they did not claim part-time residence in ******** and I ended up with a $8,000 liability with the state of ******** and the federal return was rejected due to lack of sufficient documentation. I asked RSM to help complete the return but I did not receive any further assistance and was forced to hire another *** to correctly file the amended return, removing the CO tax liability and get the amended return accepted. RSM did not put the correct address on the amended tax return, so once the *** filed the return it was sent to the wrong address and the tax refund was forged and deposited. I had to spend ***** hours on the phone filing claims to abjudicate that it was forgery. RSM did not have any accountability for their tax preparation services. ***** continued to tell me that tax services are not tied to results. ***** threatened collections so I paid the bill to settle the balance due although the services were never completed. I do not recommend to work with RSM. We are working with a smaller firm ******* and ** out of CT and they have provided SO much support compared to RSM. They do not care about their clients.

      *********************** who works as a consultant for RSM US LLP in ******* ********, has been illegally using my grandmothers information to gain money from her fraudulently saying he is a charity company / retired Vet / police officer as well. He has mailed her numerous "donation slips" and she has mailed him numerous checks !!! I want this man fired immediately and I am taking civil action against this man and company. I have proof where he calls on his shift while working at RSM and I have proof where he also calls from his personal cell phone number after RSM hours trying to get her to make more donations. I have his address as well as all the check numbers my grandmother wrote him. He is harassing her and using her personal information for anything he can for his own personal gain. Not only is this 100? illegal but I am going to make sure this man takes full accountability for his actions and that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future! I have called the company and reported this man multiple times and they have yet to do anything about it. So I don't recommend handl your business needs with this company at all ! Be careful people he has got her for slot of money!!!
