      I am filing a formal complaint against ********************* for property damage caused during the delayed pick-up of their storage units from my property. Despite a scheduled pick-up date, **** failed to adhere to it, citing invalid weather-related excuses, leading directly to damage during their late pick-up.Instead of accepting responsibility, PODS is attempting to shift the blame to a previous customer who contracted their services. As the current homeowner, I have no contractual relationship with this customer, nor did I sign any agreement absolving PODS of liability for the damage caused by their actions.Under New Mexico Statutes (Section 30-15-1) regarding property damage and federal law, including the Restatement (Second) of Torts 402A, PODS is liable for damages resulting from their commercial operations. Their refusal to accept responsibility is both legally and ethically unacceptable.I demand immediate restitution for the damages caused by PODS negligence and urge the Better Business Bureau to hold them accountable for their actions and failure to rectify this matter.
